Poor and non-existant Customer Service delivered by agent company

It has been more than two weeks of trying to resolve an issue regarding an undelivered purchase. The contact centre and number is manned by an agent company, which means that there is no authority or real information provided, the response was we have to raise this issue with the responsible party. I had to contact DHL personally to try and locate the packages. Finally I requested a refund and supposedly it was to be processed, but since then there has been no communication, I have sent 5 subsequent messages to chase the refund and there has been no reply.
Would not recommend buying directly from them, buy through another agent or reseller.

Best Service 5*

Best of service to me and my beloved trolly ...
2 years ago the pull handle broke, but straight away they send me a new one 5* But after 8 years, the wheels (used almost every day) are worn out, send them an email if I could buy a new pair of bearings, since it still works perfect.
They AGAIN send me a brand new set, and my trolly runs as good as new - LOVE YOU GUYS -

redeemed negative customer experience

Contacted them as my expensive suitcase broke while on holiday after just over a year of light use. They didn’t reply so I posted on their Facebook page. They deleted my comments as they didn’t like my bad review. Then they disabled my ability to post comments on their page, emailed me and fobbed me off to someone else.

Head Quarters took on my case (no pun intended) and they have arranged their Thailand office (where I am currently holidaying) to send me a new bag - a newer version as my older one is no longer stocked. Their Thailand office have been awesome.
