I ordered the Burgundy Red Textured Floral Lapel Pin for my friend's funeral, with special next-day delivery (however, the order must usually be received by 11am). I realised that it was 11.15am that I had placed my order, so I panicked and thought I might not have the item for my friends funeral this week. I emailed customer service who very kindly pushed for my order to be prioritised for next day delivery, despite me ordering slightly outside the time window. I received the item on-time, and it is absolutely beautiful. I'm incredibly impressed with both the quality of the item and the exceptional customer service. Thank you so much!

Ordered a sample over two weeks ago and have not received anything as of yet. I check on the tracker and it only shows message:

“ Your order is confirmed
We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status.”

But that is the same message for the past two weeks!

If they can’t send a sample, then I’m definitely avoiding to do a full order for our wedding!

Delivery was quick with the products quality only fit for king absolutely amazed by them

Super quick delivery & fantastic quality products. My whole wedding party (including myself) wore the pocket squares & ties. So glad I took the plunge & chose these. They’re even better in person than in the photos. You can tell they’re brilliant quality.

The tie and sock set with pocket square and cufflinks in purple exceeded expectations, loved the whole set, brilliant !! Colour chosen was spot on…

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Had a small issue with a product when it arrived. I emailed the team at the weekend and got a reply back the same day, which resolved the issue. Would definitely buy from them again.

Great selection of ties for Groomsmen. Happily returned ones that weren't quite a great colour match and sent out new ones to have a fully co-ordinated set of groomsmen.

Thank you Victory & Innsbruck for accessorising me and my groomsmen on my wedding day. I opted for the champagne bow tie set and my three groomsmen went with the black bow tie set which included pocket square, cuff links and socks. It made for a nice gift on the day as it came in a wonderfully packaged box set. Very impressive quality, we’ve all boxed ours back up ready for their next use!

Packaging and delivery were both great. I probably should have checked out the tie further before buying. With the price tag I was not expecting a polyester tie labelled made in China. For £14 you can get a pure silk tie out of somewhere like slaters. No fault of the company as I imagine this is in the product description. It's just a very pricey tie for the material used and you can get better elsewhere.

Quite elegant perfect gift much recommended

Excellent quality product, picked up 5 full box sets for my upcoming wedding, the colour matches the website, and everything looks to be well made and will last. Delivery was quicker than expected and the packaging of each set was good enough that it felt like a gift when I gave it to my best men. I can't recommend it enough and I'll definitely be buying more if I get married again. 5*.

Honestly, there is a long story behind this post (through no fault of V&I, but instead the postal company) - but the way V&I reacted to this was OUTSTANDING. They have gone above and beyond to ensure we have additional gift sets for our big day (which is THIS SUNDAY!) - they truly put their customers first. I would 110% recommend and will be using them again in the future for others special events.
Also, the quality of products for the price you pay - genuinely soooo impressed!
I've only experience this level of customer service and results a HANDFUL of times...if that!
If you're doubting use them - don't waste your energy!

The item I ordered had some small damage (no fault of V & I), the damage wasn't obvious unless closely inspected. I needed it for a gift and would not have been able to return for a replacement in time. I contacted V&I and they shipped me out a replacement on the very same day. I was able to give the item, on time, to my friend and returned the damaged one in the prepaid shipping package that V&I provided. When things go perfectly it's easy to give a good review. But when you need help or support from a company and they exceed your expectations - that's a company that writing the review for is with pleasure. Victory & Innsbruck have secured me as a lifelong customer. I certainly will be purchasing more items from the in the future.

Receiving the colour swatch really helped choose the tie colour. The box gift sets we ordered were perfect, good quality and an excellent gift for our groomsmen.

Swatch arrived promptly and order was placed. It arrived in lovely box and all goods are superb quality and finish. Thoroughly recommend V&I for that special occasion. We’ll pleased.

Amazing service! We ordered a bunch of ties for the groomsmen for our wedding & page boys. The team have been really lovely and attentive to what we have needed with the stress of the wedding and the ties were stunning! Really complimented our colour scheme - really happy with how they all looked!
