The staff could not have been more helpful. I needed a christening gift based on a glass they produced for me almost 30 years ago. I was able to select and email them a variety of images to be included and from these they put together a design which was emailed across to me for approval. I have just collected the glass and it is perfect and exactly what I had hoped for.

The team at Victory Trophies are always so willing to help. We often contact them right at the last minute and they bend over backwards to make sure we get our order fulfilled. Would highly recommend for amazing customer service, great range and reasonable prices.

We bought an engraved glass clock at very short notice. The turn around time was very good and the staff friendly and helpful. There was a small mix-up when an email had not been read properly, but this was quickly resolved. Excellent service and would recommend.
