Quality product that really make s a difference
Mostly fast delivery, sometimes the product is out of stock for a week but you can see that as a sign of the demand for this quality product. We, my son and myself, use the post activity drink (for years already), the barr and tabb. Especially the first two make a clear difference in the recovery after exercise.

The product is worth it!
First of all, a great product and I have felt the benefits from it during my training. The different flavours are great. I especially enjoy the "after" flavour of strawberry and raspberry. Had to chase out the order
Had to chase out the order, delivery had been postponed without notice, now it has been delayed for 10 days since it is lit of stock, bit it was marked available when I did the PO.

1) product was displayed has available online, when it wasn't.
2) you did not check why my order wasn't processed
3) when I wrote you, first you replayed there was a problem with my address, but then told my one produc was out of stock, and won't be available for ten days more (so I will receive my order in 20 days, instead of 2 days as you promise I
your web. I did agree because you have a great product.
What it would have worked for me is you contacting me, explain the error, and compensate in any way to keep me enrolled with your company and your products.
If you check my online recommendations, I usually give honest ratings and good valuations. Sorry I could not do it this time, but I think the online purchase experience as ruined the expectation and ilusion of receiving your products on time. Also, I run out of proteins a d had to buy t in a local store, which is also not my preferred option for my trainings.

I'm sorry your order has been delayed. We did have contact over this though, and we asked if it was ok to wait for the delivery, and you agreed. At that time, your order was delayed 5 days. If we knew you felt differently about it, then we would have solved it in another way. A 1-star review isn't representative, neither of the customer service or the products.
