Had the same experience as others below, what I received was not what was pictured. The material was cheap polyester and had a poorly printed design to vaguely try to resemble the clothing that was actually pictured. Threw the clothes all away, they were unwearable - $120 down the drain. This company is a scam. The clothes took months to arrive and their customer service never responded to any of my emails. The positive reviews on their website/Instagram are fake. When I wrote negative reviews on their Instagram they were instantly deleted and then my account was blocked. Please do not give these criminals your money.

It looks like I have had a very similar experience to the other reviewers below me. The pyjamas I ordered looked completely different when they arrived, and they were made of really poor quality polyester instead of cotton as advertised. The sizing was laughable - I ordered a medium which is what I wear in pretty much every other shop and I honestly don't think these pyjamas would fit on a child, they were so small. When I tried to return them they told me they only accept returns if the garment is faulty. What a load of rubbish, definitely do not buy from them!

Total scam artists. I agree they need to be banned from Instagram.
The clothes are so shocking in quality and of course nothing like the pictures they have stolen.
They refuse returns or refunds of course but still reply with some nonsense about only accepting returns if stains or holes in garments. The sheer arrogance has made me even more angry.
What a waste of time and money.
Stay away from them.

Thieving scumbags!! Same CRAP received as others. Cheap polyester poorly made dress. Emails to them are replied to but they are rude, cocky and ignorant. Reported them to FB and Insta and Trading Standards.

My wife purchased a pink dress but it looks nothing like the dress in the picture on their website. When we requested a refund, they replied that it isn't a quality issue and refused the refund. Selling products with inaccurate pictures is nothing less than a scam.

The absolute worst experience I’ve had with delivery delays. 50 days to deliver!!! Seriously....Completely disappointed in the lack of quality in relation to what is advertised on their site. The fabric is cheap the quality is dismal and the sizing is completely in adequate. Do not order from this company you will waste your money and be just as disappointed I guarantee

I realised as soon as I’d purchased a loungewear set that I’d been ripped off as the same set kept appearing on Instagram but via different accounts.clearly people were reporting them and new accounts were immediately being set up. The pjs arrived and are a poor imitation of those in the picture. Cheaply made, not the same colours, bad fit. These guys are scammers.

Absolutely Brutal. False advertising and terrible customer service and return policy. When I asked for a contact number to voice my concern I received and email simply saying “NO”.

Absolute crap! Should’ve checked your site before purchasing from them. The item was advertised as cotton and it turns out they used pictures from someone else’s website. The item arrived- cheap polyester, not even reusable as a cleaning rag. They won’t accept returns. Total scam, surprised Instagram haven’t banned them!

Very disappointing, the tie-dye style clothes look nothing like on the picture, not even close! The fabric is super cheap and stinks. Despite this they refuse to pay for the return, what a scam.

Stay away for Viczy. Terrible terrible quality and sizes are way off. I spent almost 400 dollars because the clothes looked amazing online. Boy was I disappointed. I want to return everything and they offered me a 20 dollar refund. 20 REFUND. I can never wear these clothes nor can I give them to anyone.

Knock off clothes and terrible return policy.

From their returns page: “Only if our products have quality problems, we will accept return request.And please allow a little bit color and size difference, this is inevitable.”
