I have ordered a room divider, the item itself is great quality for the price. the only negative is shipping, they use gls and dont add contact number to the address bar, so the shipping company just stored my package in their depot without even letting me know that it is there and that they have issues with reaching me. Maybe consider different shipping crowd, otherwise all good.
Returned an item over a month ago and still not received refund, even though evidence sent to show the item was collected by their courier. Appalling customer service!
I purchased & paid 2 recliner chairs including delivery to my home in Port Macquarie NSW from VIDALXL on the 25/03/2021, 4 boxes were collected by Toll freight on the 26/03/2021 and THREE BOXES WERE DELIVERED TO MY HOME ON 01/04/2021.We were able to assemble 1 chair!. Since then I have tried al the avenues offered by Vidal & Toll to secure the missing box .Both these companies provide dreadful customer service! It is now 23 days later and still the order is incomplete, I am at the end of my tether,my wife and I are both 88 years old and all this is effecting my mental health
