Why they ask for prompts? The AI shows what the AI wants. For Example: I wrote: The man turns around. The video shows a dancing man who don't turn around.
This is only one example from many Experiences this week. Thats no useable side.
I had an issue with an affiliate payment, and after communicating with the team, everything was handled professionally and resolved.
The support team followed up, clarified the situation, and the payment was completed successfully.
I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to fix the issue, and I’m happy to continue working with them moving forward.

The text to video generation is unreliable and doesn't follow prompts very well. Unwanted people are brought into video sequences. At least half my credits are wasted on rubbish generations. Of their estimated 200 videos per 800 credits, I used up 700 credits for 24 videos, some of which are compromised. VidAu should only deduct credits for a successful download.
it was a very bad idea to make a deal and subscribe to their plan their characters of ai are just repeating same movements in every 3-4 seconds, with a fake bad robot sound and their customer support is too bad i wanted refund for that cheap unquality services and they didn't reply at all
I have been using VidAU.AI for several months now, and it has completely transformed the way I create and edit videos. I can generate videos simply through input product url or descriptions.
