Please do not waste your time and money
Very poor quality products. My particular product also had missing parts but regardless of whether the selling agent had the parts in stock, I wouldn’t have been able to be assemble it anyway due to the appalling quality and useless instructions. I’m aware of other consumers experiencing the same disappointment.
The response from the company below is correct as I never ordered directly through VidaXL but through Berkfield Homes. Please see my review on Berkfield home on that aspect of my full experience or ordering the product.

Nightmare to communicate with
Nightmare to communicate with. Ten emails later and still waiting for a part that was apparently sent five days ago so customer service is poor.
The blind itself does the job nicely, provide different sizes which was ideal for my window. Fabric is thin but does black out.

Not impressed with this piece of furniture
Not impressed with this piece of furniture.What should have been an easy project turned into a nightmare, the cam nuts and screws didnt screw together to hold tight and the wooden dowels would disappear when inserted into pre drilled holes.

Excellent product and smooth delivery
Excellent product and smooth delivery, matches the pictures on the website. Not happy with the instructions as not very clear in few steps which side to assemble. Had to disassemble 3 times overall. Took little longer, but end product was great.

Low small double bed frame. Good quality. Excellent price. Very acceptable delivery time. Sturdy and comfortable. The instructions for its construction were awful. Small print and not very clear on how to put it all together. Took a long time with a fair bit of guesswork. Looks really good now it’s done!

Chicken Coop / Cage. Buy zip ties!!
We bought the 2x4 Chicken Cage and were a bit nervous as reviews on here were mixed
Our order arrived after 4 days, via yodel. All parts and instructions included. A little tricky to understand at first as it combines 2 sets to make a larger enclosure. Take the time to check your parts, then throw the wire thread in the bin, go to the shop and buy 500 zip ties. We were prepared, thanks to reading reviews here, that the pictures are misleading. The coop is not pre wired, you have to add the wire yourself. This is the only really tricky part, it took us two days to finish it to a good standard! The roof is a bit shonkey, the eyelets don't quite match up when joining the two covers, but it's good enough. Buying additional wire next to add a skirt around the perimeter with slabs on to keep foxes out.
But yes, it was all there. Instructions were there, it's just a bit of a life experience to wire!

The shed is made of very flimsy material, the instructions are almost impossible to follow. A couple of pieces are missing, After phone contact from the supplier the missing pieces have been received and installed.

XXL BLACK BATHROOM CABINET FROM VIDA XL
I purchased a black bathroom cabinet, when I opened package a part was missing. Called the customer care no, who advised me to email the part that was missing. I then received an email stating they do not have that part in stock and would I accept a partial refund or a £20 coupon !!!. Then you realise they are based in PHILIPPINES!. ITS A SCAM. they do not refund you what you paid, u have to return item at your cost (if they consider return). Thank God for paypal.
I would not advise anyone else to purchase from this company for these reasons.
Return/refund policy not british standard.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing – poor quality and misleading assembly expectations
I’m really not impressed with this product at all.
The pre-drilled holes were not fit for purpose – they weren’t large enough for the inserts, so I had to drill every single one myself just to get it assembled. That completely defeats the point of buying something that’s supposed to be ready to put together.
On top of that, several of the inserts arrived broken, which only added to the frustration and time spent trying to make it work.
Assembly was far from straightforward – this is absolutely a two-person job, despite not being clearly communicated. Every single piece is separate, and you are essentially building the entire structure from scratch.
The product is advertised in a way that suggests a much easier setup, but the reality is very different. Between the poor pre-drilling, damaged components, and the level of effort required, this was a really disappointing experience.
Would not recommend.

volcanic rock black dont bother
ordered volcanic rocks for aquarium not delivered on stated date chased told to refuse order when it did arrive i work !!! they would not cancel order when it did arrive it was 60 percent black the rest iwould say not volcanic rock a miss mash of rocks customer service awful no help at all i would say if ordering for a tank avoid if you need to keep track on nitrate ph level if putting more fish in tank i tried to make sure i had time i was let down badly over delivery and the rock quality and it was not the kg i ordered i weighed it think they topped it up with different rocks as not volcanic or the colour since this review i have been backwards and forwards with the company i lost alot of fish the company just kept giving me info that i knew over nitrate and nitrite telling me volcanic rock would not cause this i know that my issue was it was not volcanic rock, i was given a £40 voucher that has now disappeared!! and after their last email stating no compo for all the fish i lost they have blocked me to be able to reply PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR VOLCANIC ROCKS
