I was not satisfied by the product so I made a request to return it. The customer support team assisted very quickly and even proceeded the refund without the obligation to return the item.
Mrs. Marina who assisted me from customer care team even called me and talked to me in my language, Greek! This was really helpful and appreciated. Excellent service. Well done!

The Christina’s tree is really beautiful. I ordered a 1,80 cm snowed slim tree, it arrived as expected in a good price. The only downfall was the fact that arrived a bit late, which might be courier’s fault. Overall a good experience

While the product itself was a 1-star…
While the product itself was a 1-star experience, the 5-star customer service saved the situation. It shows they stand by their customers when things go wrong.
At the beginning I was disappointed with the product I received, because of the poor quality of the materials, that resulted to a misassembly, but at the end I received excellent customer service.

POOR QUALITY
The product I purchased from your company is a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. The assembly instructions are totally confusing and not precise at all. This will be the last time I buy from your company. The product has 120 screws and the quality is ridiculous. Your customer service is nowhere to be found. A real disappointment. I will be disposing of the product in the rubbish.

Worst quality
Avoid at all cost. This is the worst quality ever, the materials are the cheapest ones, I have a doll house that is better quality than the bed I ordered. One leg broke the day as we were assembling it, the screws that are supposed to hold the bed together are 3-5 mm, just horrible. Not able to use because the bed is a hazard.

Rubbish quality
Rubbish quality. Instructions are unclear and some of the materials broke. I threw out the bed because it’s was terrible quality. Will not recommend to anyone.
Edit: I have had 2 handyman look at the bed and tell me it’s really bad quality and the wholes and bolts don’t match up. They recommend I never buy from this company again.
