Products are good, customer service getting better
I Liked most of products, i made large purchase, one of product was wrong color, i didnt manage get money return which is okay since timelime for money return was pased, but my product was under 2 year garancy which should allowed me to change it with another product of the same value. When i reach customer service for help, they were unseriouse half automatic messages without solution or any reading of my actual questions, they just keep repeating their automatic answers. Until last message they sent was like some joke, on diffrent language, even offensive.
Uptade- after my comment i finally got person who actually read my questions and try offer solution.

A bit shabby greenhouse but hopeful it will serve its purpose
I ordered a small greenhouse for our plants to spend the winter next to our home on a usually very sunny patio. The elements are a bit too fragile: a small kick can twist a bar. At least none of them got broken. The instructions are pretty helpful and intuitive although the assembly requires a lot of time (sorting the elements marked with letters, assembly of the bars, taking off the protective film from the panes, putting the pins etc.). I received three V bars instead of two and the cross bar N wasn’t there. No other bar was missing. However, it should not impact much the stability of the greenhouse. Globally, when assembled it looks nice although it is a bit too low for taller people like me.

The piece we bought is quite different…
The piece we bought is quite different from the photo. Uncomfortable,so small...it'a couch you cannot sit on it. MY husband is 85kg and it almost crashed when he sit on it. Very,very sad. We will throw it in a garbage
