I ordered 5 items of furniture and they took longer than expected to deliver and even got delivered to an address miles away from where they were supposed to be delivered. Customer service is awful and un helpful. They told me I have to print out a form and send it back to them before they will investigate. I don’t have a printer and cannot get out due to a disability so cannot print off the form to fill in. They said there is nothing they can do without the form even though I’ve explained my situation. So now I am out of pocket and no furniture. Tried online chat, phoned them and even got in touch with the delivery company but nothing no one can do. Money I cannot afford to waste

Already look at the assembly manual
Customer experience of ordering and delivery are excellent. BUT... this is my third experience of a product that looks simple but is really difficult and time consuming to assemble - who has the time or the will to insert 120 screws? Note to self look for the assembly manual before committing to any future purchases.

Hit and miss
They deliver very quickly. Most products are great and easy to assemble but I recently bought an indoor cat house and it was awful to assemble with holes not drilled in where they should be etc. It's a bit hit and miss with them. The garden beds are great though.

Trying to return faulty sofa
I have been trying to return a faulty sofa for 2 weeks now. At first the customer service were very helpful and agreed as product was indeed faulty from my photos I would get a full refund and they would cover return courier cost. I have boxed up within the specified dimensions and provide work address for pick up. This was supposed to be collected on Friday the 17th April. It was not collected despite fact that I double checked on chat on Friday. I was assured the courier was booked and would provide return label on pick up. Never arrived. Then on Saturday I was told it would be picked up from home address. Started my whole spiel again via chat and email. I am now being told I am to be charged and that courier will collect on Monday 20th. Trying to confirm it will be from work address I have provided. There is no continuity of customer service. Really disappointed that it is taking me two weeks to arrange a return and that the agreement of refund and no charge for return keeps changing. At the end of the day it is a faulty product and I am entitled to a full refund. Would not recommend on current status of my experience.
I have finally been told that the product was received back and I will get a full refund which has been processed.
