UPDATE: I still don't feel positive about product but customer service has been really keen on making things right, they have called me to understand why i'm not happy with the purchase and what was wrong so at least giving positive feedback for customer service.
I bought vidaXL 6 Piece Garden Sofa Set with Cushions Beige Poly Rattan Acacia
Manual for assembly is very poorly done, plus furniture has so many extra holes that are not needed that is very confusing and time-consuming to put it together.
Product: very cheap looking and it wasn't cheap.
Cushions are so thin, you wouldn't sit for 10 minutes on it.
On the side it has two tables that should lift and go down, however mechanisms that was sent isn't working, it's not expanding/retracting at all, so I'll need to buy new ones.
Doesn't have clips to put individual boxes together, so very flimsy.
I will need to build wooden frame to keep it together, otherwise each box can just move.
Very disappointed with spending over €500 for that quality (lack of quality) product.

Product Set up issues
I bought a modular patio set and couldn’t even make it past the second step because the holes in the panels don’t align. Have had multiple people come to look and everyone is saying same thing it just doesn’t fit . I was so looking forward to setting this up very disappointed

Bad, next to impossible instructions.
Tv unit..None of the pieces were labelled. Awful instructions (it was showing the diagrams back to front which make zero sense). Far too many pieces for the unit, why screw two smaller prices of wood together when you can put a long one in instead?!!! Especially when it's a load bearing piece. Makes no sense. Was close to binning the entire unit as it's just poor quality, horrific instructions and prone to breaking easily.
Did finally manage to build it at the extra expense of a heavy duty drill, proper wood screws and wood glue to hold it together.

Best avoided
I don't know about Spain where they are based, but in Ireland these products do not last. Everything I've got from VidaXL has decayed or broken after 12 months. The metal parts are always poor quality, you will sheer screws no matter how careful you are. Customer service is terrible for returns. In 2022 returned a very heavy steel item, after many arguments about it. It rusted after 4 months. They first offered replacement parts despite the very poor condition of it in the photos, then they insisted I return it despite the cost and difficulty, and only offered store credit. The process took months. In June 2023 using the store credit I bought another large product that fell apart in a similar timeframe. A total waste of around €250 and my time assembling poorly made products.
When we returned the first item, they insisted on detailed photos, and insisted that we package the item to avoid damage. Thing is it was a stainless steel bin cover that had rusted (ya, I know) and was heavy with sharp edges. Eventually they agreed to cover the shipping.
I could not face dealing with them again, I did not avail of their arduous returns process.
Incidentally I bought another smaller product via Amazon, that fell apart after 7 months.
Best avoided! The prices are good for a reason.
Edit: I see they have replied, and they did not notice that I deliberately chose NOT to go through the return process. This is how careless they are!

your product was not up to scratch... it is NOT iron.... it is flimsy.... some parts were missing but I managed to butcher it together.... I cant see it lasting and it was way too expensive for what I got.

My problem was the assembly not vidaXL. Delivery was good and the item was as described. But the instructions included we're horrendous nothing was labelled. The diagrams we're very complicated and honestly it was a nightmare to assemble, felt more like cabinet making than assembly. And to top it all the legs we're not drilled to attach to the base. I do love the cabinet but ....word to the wise. Some assembly required is an understatement.

NEVER buy a shed from Vida XL (Updated)
Bought a shed - vidaXL Wall-mounted Garden Shed Anthracite 118x288x178 cm Steel.
1. Flimsy - I can bend the panels and "support" struts with my bare hands
2. Unable to support it's own weight.
3. Water pouring in the vents
4. Condensation forming on roof and walls. Items stored were completely soaked
5. Spent 200EUR on timber to make an internal frame and base to try and correct the issues - only marginally improved the situation
6. Door latch completely useless. Doors will blow open with slightest breeze. I had to buy barricade brackets and put a plank of wood across the door to stop it blowing open.
7. Now I have to pay to dispose of it - save yourself money, time and disappointment. Do not buy a shed from Vida XL
8. I ordered 2. 1 was still the its box and I was able to return it for 100% refund. I'm still left with a useless pile of rubbish I have to dispose of, in total it'll cost 700EUR by the time I see the back of it.
EDIT TO ADD
After my review I was contacted by VidaXL customer care and offered 80EUR refund or 100EUR voucher for VidaXL. I accepted 80EUR refund. While I cannot recommend buying a shed from VidaXL, their customer service is good and they acknowledged the financial offer was a token to try and rectify my poor experience with the shed. Experience with product was poor but experience with company overall was positive. I would consider buying from them again but I really hope they discontinue or greatly improve their shed offerings.
