The hell with this site. It has preying on the opportunity to play promotion in full constantly, while I am watching legitimate news report. Truth aside, your ad space and your product can eat my ass.

I ordered a bed with a mattress. It was supposed to be delivered within two business days, I got an email that it was damaged so I had to wait another four days. They finally delivered the bed to me but my order was left downstairs by the entrance door to the building, not even by my entrance door but by the door of the building. I don't know who leaves the ordered items on the staircase of a skyscraper. Secondly, the mattress was not delivered that same day, I had to call and ask where my parcel was, normally it should be delivered the same day but it wasn't. Thirdly, the person who was supposed to bring the mattress wasn't even at my place on the agreed date, he lied that I wasn't at home and did the same the second day. I took a day off work specifically to wait for the mattress. Your employee didn't do his job 3 times, and he lied. that I was not there. So I will never use your service in my life. No thanks and I do not recommend it to anyone. I am waiting for you to give me my money back for not fulfilling and not delivering the parcel.

Customer service is great, professional,helpful and accurate.Contact is easy and answer from vidaXL is always on time.
I am very happy when ordering items from vidaXL! And I am happy to contact Customer Services if needed with additional questions or doubts as I always receive concrete answer and help.

the item came with a white scratches on the sides. I did not have time to return it as i was leaving the country. I filled in a complain, with a picture but no reply. I only had a phone on me, and every time i was asked to retrieve a code from an email, i lost the page i was filing in when i switched to an email to get a code. So i am not even sure the complain was sent. I am writing from a laptop now.

Reading opinions about the VidaXL company I realized that my problem is one of many and that the company, apart from apologies and promises, does nothing to correct its mistakes. That is why I will not allow myself to be treated like this and I will print out all emails regarding my order and I will file a complaint with the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) because the problem cannot be solved otherwise. Maybe this will protect other customers from shopping at VidaXL because for me they are simply fraudsters.

I have a problem with my order - it was my fault. The problem was solved very quickly and even better than I expected.

Excellent product, quick delivery, value for money,

Terrible quality. All critical elements (joints, rails) made of cheap plastic or soft wood. Two of the three panels already hanging through so badly, doors already collide with eachother. Furniture may probably not even survive 6 months. Not to mention the amount of work to put in to build up that thing. The only reason I give 2 stars is it looks generally good and fits exactly in our doorway.

Super service! After a month of using the product, one part broke. I contacted the contact center and within a few days they sent me a new part free of charge.

I ordered few things, two were correct but one item was something different than I bought. I informed the CS right on the delivery day adding all photos of wrong item, almost 2 weeks ago and they just informed me that "department taking care of this shipment hasn't responded to us. We will try again". Week later I wrote again and the answer was just pathetic "Hi. My name is X. I'm sorry you're disappointed I will assist you with your problem." THE END. Since then another week has passed and I don't have anything: correct item, refund of my money, answers or deadlines for resolving my problem.

Finally one person (Anna) took over my case and we quickly resolved any issues. New package is on it's way and a date for swapping the items has been agreed on. I'm super happy bc after all I always enjoyed buying things from vidaXL and this was first time I was disappointed. Hopefully it's just bad luck/bad day and it won't happen again. Big thx to Ms. Anna for nice conversation, extremely quick responses and finally taking care of things. Great job gurl!!! 👏 👍 You just changed my mind and I will still buy things from vidaXL 😺

We ordered a product on 15 November. 30 days later (15 December) we have not received an update and customer service seems non-existant.

I bought 2 wooden beds for kids. But after folding the bed from pieces, it turned out that the material is very weak- not the quality I expected for that price. I decided to return one of them. Whole the procedure went very smooth. The contact - really fast and nice. I really appreciate the way they contacted me during the whole proces, till I got my money back.

The VidaXL is trustworthy and great company. I needed to return the commodity, from Poland to Netherlands, because actually the furniture was not suitable to my living room (my wrong decision) and the return process was very kind, smooth and quickly returned money. I will come back to this company, because this is a pleasure to cooperate with them
