Great work. They were willing to go back and forward until I got what I wanted. There communication was great as was the final video. Would happily recommend them.

The process went very smoothly, and I was very pleased with the results. The animation that I wanted was to demonstrate how a medical device is used. It was important to illustrate the anatomy accurately and the production team was very responsive to making changes when initial illustrations were not quite anatomically correct. Also, I wanted the tone of the animation to be friendly, not overly medical or clinical, and they did a very nice job with that. Highly recommended.

Jay was amazing to work with. He fully explained the process both via their chat room as well as his phone conversations. He delivered and went beyond the call of duty to keep my video enhanced. I didn't even have to do any revisions. I loved his first video created and I stuck to it. It is live and running on our site. So well done and professionally.
