Excellent service with super fast responses. Support replied quickly and even followed up by email to make sure everything was resolved. I’m on a lifetime plan and after reinstalling on a new PC my license stopped working, but they fixed it right away. Fantastic software—highly recommended!

VERY quick response and gave me a the information I needed to get me back up and running! I truely wished all companies that I've had to deal with worked the way you guys do.

I have found that the program works quite wonderfully. I am able to rip Blue Ray and DVD's into hundreds of different formats. I can even back up the original ISO! If a format doesn't work for one device, I can take that file and easily turn it into another without needed to re-rip from the disk.

The program has been designed to be beginner-friendly and is quite reliable. I'm grateful for the expertise put into the program.

The program even offers upgrading the files up to 4K definition!

Videobyte Support Bent over backards to solve my problem I cannot thank them enough.

Ive had a few Blu-Ray rippers but they either have terrible UI, only work on specific DVDs/BDs, or don't actually have GPU throttling, which would make ripping time take HOURS. VideoByte's software has drastically cut down my time in ripping my movie library. I just recently upgraded my PC to windows 11 and of course, reinstalling the new software means i'd need to register again. It is annoying, but not Videobytes fault about that. I sent them a message about my concern(pretty sure on New Years Day), and they got back to me the following business day with a fix to get me going again. I mainly bought this ripping software because the other 2 I have had terrible support and could not help me with their garbage software. Videobyte is well worth the money, and having a Tech support team that actually gets you what your asking for the first time is like finding a unicorn in your backyard. Can't recommend these guys enough!

BD ripped is in a very good quality. Consistently reliable. Especially their service is quite good that responses veey efficiently! Highly recommend.

After having contacted the Support team over issues with VideoByte quiting without showing an error, the support team in collaboration with the development team provided an fix the issue. Now the BD-DVD-ripper is working flawlessly.

Supposedly make MKV file and makes entire movie playable. It did not! Since it didn’t work I asked for refund which was supposedly unconditional. No I have to completely redo it and send log files. I’d completely uninstalled product before knowing this requirement. Product is junk. Doesn’t stand by its warranty.

I am 72 with arthritis in my hands, To make my movie watching easier I decided to put my collection of blu rays and dvd's on an external hard drive and connect to my tv. I bought the appropriate Videobyte software and started. Due to my lack of computer tech knowledge I emailed the team at Videobyte for advice . Team replied with a step by step guide which greatly assisted me and improved my ability, I am truly grateful they took the time to assist me with sorting my movie library, made my enjoyment of movies so much easier. Great product, great team.

i have blu-ray and dvd ripper, screen record and ultimate converter. i love all these products, theyre amazing. i convert all my media and put them on my playstation vita. whats even more amazing is that it has a special setting for almost every specific device. it has one to convert to ps vita which is mind blowing. the customer service is amazing as well! the only thing i dislike is when trying to edit like a disc of dragon ball into seperate episodes, it doesnt cut accurately? other than that im really happy and will continue to buy theyre products!

I have been using the software for a number of years and ran into a problem that I believed was caused by the age my PC. Contacted the company to confirm my suspicions and to ask for any other advice. They quickly responded with a number of elevated fixes, which the first and easiest fixed immediately.

Works exactly as described, easy to use and more friendlier than make MKV especially when you’re ripping multiple episode off of a dvd or blu-ray, only wished that you can rip 4K commercial uhd blu-Rays

I am very pleased with the DVD Ripper software. It is very easy to use. I had one issue with registering the software, but VideoByte support quickly helped resolve my problem. I look forward to trying out more products from VideoByte.

I had a problem to transplant VideoByte softwares (BD-DVD Ripper and Blu-ray Player) from one Macintosh computer, which was crashed, to another. I wrote an email to VideoByte about the problem and I received a solution email from VideByte the next day, which provided a complete solution and my transplantation was immediately successful.

So the software purchased was a great deal, almost too good to be true kind of deal. Worked exactly as stated until my computer crashed, (no fault of the software, I had a faulty drive) then I wasn't able to use the software on my new hard drive since the computer basically went back to factory defaults and my codes didn't work. Here is where I thought...I knew it, too good to be true. I reached out to support and very quickly they resolved the code issue and I was back up and running! Great software, and better support. Will buy from them again.

There was a registtration problem (actually my own error) and the support team solved it promply. The sofware works really well.
