Not a perpetual Plan
Every two years the download function is not working and you have to buy the next version. Why is it call perpetual plan if after 2 years it isn't working? I upgraded it after 2 years from the first purchase and after 2 years now I'm not able to download unless I buy the next version.

Getting lost footage back
This tool has been invaluable to my clients. Often they have lost old footage, and online is the only place to turn. How grateful they are to find all is not lost, and they can have their media back by being able to download it from sources they thought were unavailable to them thanks to WonderShare.
