I have purchased a lower third pack. But I cannot install it or even open it on my pc. I tried to get help but there is nobody to chat with. I hate having to deal with computers when I have an issue. I wanted to purchase the software in a hurry for a project I needed to have ready the next day. I don't want to pay for nothing. I'm sorry

Highly variable. I purchased one product that was pretty nice but 3 others that were absolute junk. Seems to be very little quality control of the authors or verification of accurate descriptions. It's nearly impossible to get a refund for the junk. I'll never trust them again.

All the content you need in one place . Easy to search, easy to buy and not expensive

I've been using Envato for over a decade. I've spent thousands on quality templates, graphics, animations, etc. If I've ever had an issue with a product I've been refunded or credited. Not sure why the other reviewers have had issues but Envato is the creator's toolkit of choice. No other templates compare.

VideoHive is a life saver. When I need a title or opening sequence quickly and dint have the time to create one I can buy one of their templates. They work well, look amazing and help our videos to look outstanding.

As an author and customer, I can confirm that it is the best marketplace.

I purchased and downloaded a product from them that does not work
No customer care and all the emails addresses void

Same thing about Envato market , same scam , they just cash the money , then tell you to contact the author but there is no contact number or mail

video hive is a scam company. dont buy any clips from them. they will take your money and not give you your clips

Best low cost / high quality stock market - nicest looking and easiest to use out of all the stock sites I use, which comprise the top 15 other stock sites. Lowest commissions, but one of the highest earners as people buy a lot more low-cost products VS few expensive products, so pleased with it overall.

Our company purchased some graphic elements, then we were instantly locked out of our brand new account. This means we never received the products we purchased. Nearly a dozen emails were sent over a three week period. They stopped responding after the very first email. It's been 30+ days without any resolution or attempt to get us the items we paid for.

We are now forced to dispute the charge with our credit card company.

Do not purchase anything from this company or ThemeForest, GraphicRiver, VideoHive, AudioJungle, CodeCanyon, PhotoDune, or 3dOcean. They are all "serviced" by the same people: Envato. Their customer service is non-existent.

UPDATE: Over a month later, after continued efforts to contact them, and after posting this negative review, they did (allegedly) open up our account. I didn't even bother checking, because the assets we purchased were worthless to us by the time we had access to them (six weeks after purchase). Still a one star experience, still will never use them again.
