I have tried to get in touch using your support. There is no support. There is no response to attempts to contact because it is apparently not functioning. The download is not working on any video. I cannot send an e-mail and there is just no support. I have a current subscription. How can I get hep because I need ti now. Thank you.

When trying to download a video, it asked me to give permission to access all my keychain passwords.

Bought the pro version and the account still stays at free version. Contacted the customer services and they do not reply, nor do they give a refund... Honestly, if there is technical issues that cannot be resolved, just refund the customers and it is okay. Non reply is totally rude!

After a lot of back and forth emails with Video Hunter, the issue is not resolved - I am still not having access. In addition, I have requested refund multiple times, there is no answer to the request, only another email to ask a question, or to provide a blog link that doesn't solve the issues. Basically just take a long time to response and not giving refund not matter how many times it is asked!

This is exactly what I've been looking for, an software that can download videos, reels and videos from Facebook story. Great software indeed!

I can basically download any video using this downloader and at higher resolutions. I recommend for anyone trying to download. It's a very good software.

Unrelaible, simpy crap. There are so mayn other that are way better than this crap.

Just purchased this product in the last 48 hrs and it doesnt do what it claims to do. It worked perfectly prior to purchase when i was using it for 3 weeks for free . When I bought it it doesnt recognize the videos and it refuses to download. Very disappointing. Also it doesnt seem to want to recognise my license number. You would think that al these socalled glitches would have been sorted out before SWINDLING people from their money! Extremely dissapointed!
