I am similar that when it works it is ok. But this software has a lot of bugs and support so far has not responded in two tries.
Essentially the video converter will either be glitchy where the video has a lot of jitter or in some cases when you goto edit the file it has problems.
In particular lets say you have a video that spanned an hour.
You want to edit some parts out.
So you cut say 2 minutes to 12.05 then cut again to resume 13.00 to 20 many times the software cannot save the actual edit. In affect you get the whole video converted twice, it should be editing.
The other weird thing is say you are editing a file that is one hour long
goto cut 2 minutes to 12.05 click cut again to cut further out the weird thing is you have to edit the new line because it will think the video ends at 12.05 so you have to go back and change end to 1.00.00 in this example then you can edit 13 minutes onward.
Finally there is a meta data that adds VideoProc AI to the name of your video. (edit a video and play back the newly edited video. There should be a global setting to change or not have that at all.

After using VideoProc converter for several months -more so than Video Proc due to health issues- the converter I have used more than VidioProc Vlogger and the Conveter is my number one go to tool.
I have converted all my historic videos with it using file size function saving cloud space. No doubt this will be my go-to converter from now on without having any issues. Knowing when opening Video Proc products across the range delivering problem free use saving time as it will do the job making me prepared to give good feedback based on using the Converter.

While their support response is quick, usually, their software (updates) contain too many bugs.

When it works it is really good, but when it doesn't work it wastes way to much time to earn any stars on here. No good for converting videos and no good for ripping dvds.
The only good thing it has going for it is that it is really good for downloading videos from every site I have visited and its for that reason alone that I haven't deleted this software from my computer, but that wasn't why I bought this crap in the first place.

I just tried to convert a video yesterday that was less than 1gb, this time it worked but the final converted video was nearly 20gbs. why did it do that?
Sorry but I already tried to get help several times and got nowhere with it so I hope you understand when I tell you I have no faith in it and no longer wish to waste my time on it. I just settle for using your software for downloading and find a more reliable software for the converting.
You won't even have the decency to give me my money back so I'll just make do with what I can get out of it. The good news is the software wasn't too expensive and I thank you for that at least.

I recently had to reinstall my system software and lost all of my programs in the process. When I tried reinstalling the VideoProc Converter software I had purchased a couple years ago, I found out my activation key wasn't working because it had already been used. I wrote an email to the help center and they were so quick to respond and help out! Within hours, they had written me back and informed me that I missed the option to deactivate my activation key before reinstalling my system software that I was not aware of. They re-enabled my key and I was able to continue using the software I had purchased. The software is amazing as well. Been using it for years now, and it is a powerful tool for downloading videos or converting video files. I highly recommend it!

I've used customer support with this company two times since owning videoproc converter and both times the customer service has been outstanding. i sent an e-mail to them requesting some information. I was expecting to get my answer back the next day as it was already late when I sent the request. However, I got my answer back in less than 10 minutes.

VideoProc Converter has been a brilliant program for me. It's very stable, and is filled with so many features. It is so much better than any other of the converter programs out there. I certainly recommend it.

VideoProc Converter has been a great program for digitizing and cropping some yoga videos to do in my home. The program was a great value, easy to download and install, and exceptionally easy to use. I have even been able to edit some videos, cutting out portions where there is too much dialogue. I am so happy to have found this product online and it is the perfect tool for my needs. I didn't have to do a lot of research and took a risk that downloading it was the right tool, without a lot of research. It was the perfect decision. I am not a computer technical person, and it was easy for me to learn. Great product, great value, Great support.

Wanted to give this one a try and compare with few other tools. Bought the licence, installed the software and it... didn't exactly work. The AI Super Resolution feature simply closed as soon it was supposed to do something, no errors etc.
Contacted customer support and at first thought that maybe it's just a small issue on my end - gave them all the logs and info they wanted.
Fast forward almost a week. They confirmed they software's main feature doesn't work for me and wanted to wait some more time (stalling?). I decided to ask for a refund, since the Super Resolution was really the only reason I got interested in VideoProc.

Next thing I know is they propose me to install other software from the same company that runs VideoProc and bunch of others (or so I believe), stating "it uses the same AI". I was not interested in that. Then then asked that maybe they will refund me half the price. I was still not interested in that.

So in short, not only the main feature of the software doesn't work in current version, but the customer service seems to be doing everything from providing a refund, probably stalling for the time so they can say the refund period is over or something like that. Fishy.

Bought and paid for this software to send a file expected to be compressed. No support and i realised it does not compress file as misled to believe. 3 days of chasing and no support it is difficult.

Cannot add subtitles in version 6.3. Disaster. The 5.7 version was good, so i returned to 5,7.
Refund is a problem. Between my complaints and answers from videoproc minimal 1 day.

Disappointed about the service from Videoproc

I have been using this software for quite a while now. It has never let me down or even had an issue. The update process is so flawless it is almost automatic. And it always updates it's YouTube engine automatically. I have been building an extensive library of my favorite KPOP groups and this program has been 100% effective and flawless. I could not ask for more from such a reasonably priced software.

The software is great, it does everything I need it to do and more. I am not a power user but still learning
