Made first deposit and the screen came up - “YOUR BLOCKED” !!! Opened new browser and strangely everything was fine. Played out first deposit of £60. Made second deposit £50, got codes from bank as before but there’s no £50 showing in Video slots balance !!!!!! Live chat no answer - long time waiting, no call back either. I SMELL A SCAM……..

They move the goalposts! I gave them everything regarding financial inspection which passed. I had no loss limit. I won a few times. They then kept reducing how much that I could bet. Obviously they use algorithms. I had one big win and then, 'that was it' as they started to limit me even though I could afford what I was losing. Had a chat now about the latest reduction (500pm, in the middle of playing), I suddenly couldn't bet anymore. I was completely unaware of the reduced loss limit. Of course I was furious. Had a chat with someone, very scripted; but surely the gambling authorities should be made aware of how the goal posts are moved in their favour!!! Apparently they have no obligation to state why they reduced my limit... seems strange. I can only assume that they want lots of people dropping 20p coins into the controlled system

I have played this game many times on other casinos and usually get brilliant wins on this game, however with this casino it's dead spins after dead spins and if lucky enough to get the scatters in, it pays peanuts. The other games on this casino is more or less the same. Difficult to get scatters and when they do come in, the payout is rubbish. No idea what's gone wrong with this casino but if they don't lose their tight heads they are going to lose me as a customer.
