Working with Video tile is super easy. If I have any questions a quick ring to Adam or their team is all it takes.
I've called them like 5 times in a day asking questions we have from clients and it's very easy to get in contact and they're all very patient and good at breaking down topics.

Please do not use this company,i sat the online health & safety in a construction enviroment corurse. I was told i had failed due to technical issue with my computor streaming or service provider,which seems to be an issue with this company. I was told i could take a resit free of charge, i just had to log on to my account and start the exam again, I have have tried to do so but the exam would not come on.

We’ve looked at this more closely and can see that there was footage missing from your exam recording. We can see that this was probably caused by you having multiple tabs and other applications open whilst you were doing the exam. It is clearly stated in the exam rules that all other tabs and programmes must be closed whilst sitting the exam.
I’m pleased to see that regardless of this we have given you a free resit as a goodwill gesture.
In relation to not being able to start the exam again, after viewing your communication with our customer services team, you were not using the login information that was sent to you.
We hope you have now managed to log in and complete the exam.

Rubbish customer service BEWARE THEY ARE GARBAGE
I’ve been attempting to complete a CSCS green card exam with this company for nearly three weeks now. Every attempt I make they say it has failed to record properly?
You should be warned of the chronically poor customer service. You cannot speak to anyone as the phone line goes dead when you select option 3 for customer service if you do try.
The software package they are using is obviously very poor quality and probably developed on the cheap overseas. It can ONLY be used on a windows PC, which not everyone has. Even when you do have one then it doesn’t work.
This company keeps giving me a free resit for this exam, so they know the issue is with them. But they fail to provide a suitable resolution.
I’m wasting my precious time messing around with the issue and ultimately they are restricting my ability to get to work.
So obviously this company do manage to get things right but when things don’t they are utterly useless.
14-07-23 I’m adding to the review as eventually I managed to get this software to run and somehow they have managed to mark it and give me a pass. What’s there not to like. So even though they have marked this as a pass it’s going to take them 7-10 days to issue a certificate. Now they don’t mention this when you sign up and pay your money. I don’t understand how in a digital world it takes 7-10 days to click a mouse button and issue an electronic certificate. REALLY!!!!

The others were most likely down to upload speed of your internet connection at the time.
However, I’m pleased to see that regardless of this we have given you free resits as a goodwill gesture.
In relation to the time it takes to send your certificate, all our exam results must be double checked by our awarding body, which is standard industry practice for qualifications such as this one.
Unfortunately we cannot speed up the issuing of any certificates for this course as it clearly states this takes 7-10 working days and these are issued by the awarding body not ourselves.
All our other online courses deliver an instant digital certificate but with this being an accredited course these additional checks must be made.
I’d also like to clarify that the exam can be taken on a Mac computer or laptop, not just windows PC. In Addition to this, all our courses can be taken on any other device for example mobiles, tablets etc.
I’m sorry you were unable to get through on option 3. This is the option for our customer service, we’ve tested this and it goes through to a member of staff every time. We also have live chat on our website and support@videotile.co.uk.
