Not worth the cost. If you forget to cancel before the next billing period, you’ll still be charged and won’t receive a refund. I strongly do not recommend this service.

One of many here! I spent loads of time doing my own thumbails as Vid iq generic AI ones look awful and viewer's have said they hate them

When I first subscribed to this service it was to help with thumbnails. It would eventually get me what I needed after multiple tries but it feels broken. It has mis spells simple words like Kentucky. It would give a great background image but it would spell Kentnttuctky! I often end up using all my credits trying to get a proper spelling. Now they stripped features away and wants to sell them back to me at a higher monthly rate which is out of the question. I can only generate 3 times now despite their clunky spelling.

They claim to get you new subs but they're not real. After my first 2 days it claimed I picked up +12 subscribers but my total subs DO NOT reflect this number. It actually froze my overall subs for a week before ticking down 12 subs. The it tells me I lost 4 subs when my overall number went up +9! These are fake numbers. Before I installed it my subs were going up slowly but this is a scam.

Initially I subscribed to their service and agreed to $14.99 a month for 12 months but they didn't honor the full year. As soon as they update this software, they bump you out and try to pull you back in at a higher cost but for what? The clip generator is hit and miss. The software "reauthenticates" constantly during clip generation and stops the process completely. When you go to restart the process again, you cant because you'll lose your credits and not get them back.

The cost in credits is all over the road. One time it'll subtract 10 credits, the next 15. The last video that took my credits before it hiccuped and stopped. It subtracted 29 credits but didn't generate anything. Now it's trying to sell me more credits or wait a full 24 hours before I can try again?

It's also kind of racist. I can generate an image of any White celebrity just fine but when I try to include a black celebrity like Oprah or Whoopie Goldberg it just creates a random black person instead and half the images wouldn't generate because the software claimed that the image was considered unsafe? You'll see that a lot. At least they get the gender right. I tried to generate a kitchen thumbnail but it wouldn't include a butchers knife in the image. It kept insisting the image wasn't safe?! I typed in "kitchen tools" before it would give me a meat cleaver. They ended my subscription 3 months into my 12 month agreement and stripped half my features away to sell them back. I do not recommend VidIQ. $14.99 was really too much but now they want to charge me $19.99 a month for the next 12 months or atleast until they raise the price again.

I have purchased Vidiq twice. I had an issue before as. They offered me a deal that I got. Once purchased I had to prove what I ordered before they honoured it. I cancelled it after a while as it doesn't get you views and the coaches weren't great either. They offered me half price for life so I purchased it again. NNow yet again I'm not getting what I purchased. I'm waiting for customer service to get back to me. Which could take a few hours as they have no live chat. I'm done. I write my own content so I don't need the AI.

Support and guidance | As a beginner with no technical skills, i don't know what i would have done. But with the help of vidIQ AI Couch, the tutorials, i mean everything is amazing and beginner friendly. Am still learning but so far so good 👍
