Did not resolve my problem and just said we are looking into it and then even if it was not solved they just never replied back , I had 1 year subscription and could not use for even 1 month, never even returned my money.

I have been using VidJuice for a while now and I really like it. It's very fast and clean design with amazing price.

Their customer service is very helpful and nice!

i have the program for over two months and it works, i had some problems registering the program and reinstalling it on my computer that was formatted, but i sent an email to support that was quickly answered and solved my problem, i can in my daily life download several videos quickly, so far i see that the program works very well with youtube, facebook, twitter, instagram, tiktok is still not 100% because many videos are downloaded with the tiktok watermark where I can not use them, even so I believe the developers are working to achieve this, do not know if it works to download videos from kwai but I will test, finally I believe it was a great purchase and thank the developers who always clarify my doubts.

I reinstalled Windows 10, so I need to reset the license. They done it in 15 min very fast.Great customer service and great product

Vidjuice works without any hassles. I encountered a minor hiccup while trying to uninstall and reinstall the software on my new laptop. The support I got from the team was prompt and helpful.

One of the best growth hack tool for downloading videos and audios. It's not always easy to download videos / mp3 from YT or other platform. With VidJuice we are able to download playlist from YT as mp3 and upload them for podcast. Earlier, we used to convert mp3 from Premier Pro or online. The issue was we had to do it individually. But now we upload directly to YT and get mp3 from VidJuice and upload to our Podcast. It saves a lot of man hours and their application is very light. Must have tool :)

Great service when I rebuilt my pc needed my licence key reenabled. Zero issues.

Had to change computer so Had to ask for a license reset. Very fast response. I highly recomend it.

Excellent program. Also I had trouble with my PC, and had to reinstall windows. I contacted them and they helped to reset license to reinstall again.

I'm pretty sure I've tried most, if not all the other video downloading software and so far this has been the most reliable downloader I've tried. I've been using this for almost a year and I can also say the number of updates they pump out is more than any other software I've owned. The few times I had questions for support, they also had quick response times so all in all, I'm very pleased about changing over to this.

The product is really useful and easy to use. Has most of the sites that I visit so now I can just download videos easily. The customer service is also really good. Had some trouble with payment and they helped me out real fast.

Covers more sites than other downloading apps used prior, support staff are very good, professional, reasonable and efficient.

The best software to download videos from multiple sites. Even if a download fails, if you contact support, they will tweak the software to make sure that the site is supported in future releases. Customer support is epic.

I was initially looking at a different app (that does the same) but VidJuice was mentioned by a reviewer and I thought I'd check this first. It was good and I was happy about it. I used it a lot after that and encountered some UI shortcomings. I reported it and they immediately fixed it. :-) Whoa! That is something. But I'm curious about the other app, so I bought it too and compared. Ohh. I like the Dark Mode of that app! And it's got more options I got confused! I tested it and didn't like the generated files. I refunded and uninstalled it. Didn't regret my first choice. I love VidJuice moreso that their support responds quickly. Highly recommended!
