They took my money and NEVER delivered the items ordered. Thieves!!!

I order on Vibegal back in January and till this day haven’t resolved what I order this company is a total scam do not buy from them I purchased scrubs from them acting like figs company till this day haven received anything or resolved anything

I ordered in January from what I thought was a JC Penney OnLine store and got VibeGal. I’ve never received the order and I’ve sent emails every month. I keep getting the same response - “We're sorry you haven't received your refund yet. We'll actively help solve this issue.
Your refund application was approved, but due to force majeure, it didn't arrive on time. We apologize for this. We've reapplied for your refund and will process it as soon as possible, returning it to your original payment method.
Thank you for your patience. We'll continue to monitor the refund process.”.
What a scam!

If I could give zero stars I would. Total scam! Lie and lie about shipping and refunds!

I ordered merchandise in January from supposedly Old Navy. Once charged, found out it was Viegal. I have yet to receive my order. Was told it was delivered twice, lies. I was home when it was supposedly delivered each time. Was then told they would refund 70% which never happened.

Yes! Count me in! I got scammed to ! Been waiting since Jan. 2025, customer service seems so nice & helpful , I’m so mad & embarrassed this happen ! Old enough to know better !

Like everyone else I too was scamned. Worst part is that email for deal came from Pentagon FCU. For all if you that got stall replies and promises of gift and 70% refund, contact your credit card company. I did and got a full refund. If its too good to be true its usually a scam. Live and learn.

Never received my merchandise and they charge my credit card said my stuff was on the way still waiting five months later

First of all, they're preying on Christians, they came up on Old Navy advertisment in between the daily bible prayers and verses, and only after finished making the order the name Vibegal came up. who is Vibegal, 'red light 'I just ordered from Old Navy , I heard HIS voice but didn't obey, and because it was a small order, I wanted to see if it's possible they are legit. It's been since January 26, still haven't received anything, just got an email today they are still making excuses, offering to send me " one of my ordered items" as a apologetic gift! You have my money for four items but you're only going to ship one "as a gift! Listen to me Vibegal, GOD IS NOT MOCKED! IF you sow it, you WILL reap it!

This site is a fraud. They regulate everything you put on Facebook they should be regulating this!! I keep getting emails from them sayin they are gonna resend my order. I ordered winter coats for my grand kids in winter and it’s soon to be spring and nothing !! Read reviews first ppl !! Worst site ever using Old Navy as a trap!!

I wish I came here first. This was the worst. As a matter of fact, it doesn't come in with the Viegel site, it appeared as an Old Navy outlet store, which has to be against some kind of laws. I hate things like this. DO NOT do this and I'm going to see if I can report this as advertising as an Old Navy Outlet!!

THIS IS A SCAM. NEVER, EVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. DO NOT do business with this company. I am waiting for my 70% refund. Not holding my breath!! Twice they said they would deliver and NOTHING. I CANT BELIEVE THEY ARE IN BUSINESS. Don't give them any money, please!!

I have never received the package I ordered. I have kept emailing them over and over and they keep telling me it's on the way. Will be reporting to the BBB!

It has been more than a month January 12, 2025 since l placed my first order with Vibegal. I have contacted the compay more than once about the first order and yes they were advised under Old Navy. I placed two orders. The first order they said was delivered when in fact it was not because l have a camera on my house and an altert is sent to my phone when someone approaches my house and informed the company Vibegal and they said they would resend the first order. I will report them to the BBB for fraud and l want my money back.

This is a scam, I never received a thing, been waiting since 1/24/25, their tracking says it was delivered, but it never was. When I inquired last month, they asked me to be patient it was on the way. I don’t even know who Vibegal is, I ordered from Old Navy!

I ordered 2 coats and a pair of pants from this website. It was a pop up on a separate search. I couldn’t pass up the prices. It was a clearance advertising for Old Navy. Of course the timing was kind of right. Since Old Navy was just shown all over the News for closing. Well a month goes by and I still didn’t receive my package. I emailed them 5 times asking for information regarding the package. I still have not received a single response.

A scam for sure but I should have known better becoue of the prices for the items. I order back in January and just checked my tracking again and it says it was delivered (bs) so I reached out to the company and if I don't hear back I will dispute the charges but I wish I had read the reviews first! Fooled me once it's enough!!!

Still waiting for my order. They told me to track it, I did. Said it was at the regional distribution center in my area. We have one little Post office here. It's been a month. Last message I received they said have a nice life.
