WOW! blown away by the service and attention to detail. I had a minor difficulty with delivery time being longer than anticipated but the team rectified this and even offered to send a free veil. The fabric and dress is absolutely incredible - and I can't wait to wear it for my wedding day! Couldn't recommend more!

I really like the dress. It looks very elegant and high quality. Also it fits me well according to all measuresments which I gave during ordering. And it's not the first dress which I'm ordering from Vielachlothing. So strongly recommend!

TL;DR: Paid for 70% wool and 30% cashmere coats. The company later confirmed the fabric used was different and contained synthetic fibres. Months of delays, no design approvals, incorrect final products, and refusal to take responsibility. Avoid.

This has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from VIELA. Based on my experience, this business operates in a way that extremely resembles a scam.

I paid for custom coats in September 2025, which were explicitly advertised and confirmed as 70% wool and 30% cashmere with silk lining. What followed was months of delays, ignored messages, broken promises, and a complete lack of professionalism.

There were no sketches, no approvals, and no proper consultation, despite this being a custom order. The coats were apparently completed without me ever seeing or approving a design, which is completely unacceptable.

Delivery timelines were repeatedly missed, and I had to constantly chase for updates. Even basic commitments such as sending tracking information or confirming timelines were not honoured.

Most importantly, the company confirmed themselves that the fabric used contained synthetic fibres, which directly contradicts the material composition I paid for.

This is clear false advertising and misrepresentation.

On top of that, the fit was incorrect, the design did not match the brief, and key requested details were ignored.

After months of back and forth, I returned the coats unworn, with tags still attached and lint rolled. The company then attempted to shift blame onto me for their condition instead of taking responsibility for supplying incorrect materials.

At every stage, there has been misleading information, failure to deliver what was promised, constant delays, and avoidance of accountability.

This is not just poor service. It is deeply misleading and unacceptable business practice.

Viela helped me get my dream autumn/winter coat. The design, fabric and colour are all excellent. The team were thoughtful and responsive. The mail try-on process is clear and works well and they even helped me take advantage of the Black Friday discount. Recommend.

Everything was just perfect! I’ve already had three dresses made at this store. All of them turned out beautifully — the silhouette, the fit, and the fabric were amazing. I would definitely order another one as soon as I need one.

Not sure where to start. I ordered a dress back in September for an October wedding, not knowing all the dresses were custom. My payment didn't go through on their website so they sent a Wise transfer link, so before paying I asked them if the dress would be able to be made and delivered on time for a wedding the next month. I was assured it would be top priority and all would be done.
Fast forward two weeks and they still had not asked my measurements, I promted them and they seemed to remember so I sent everything they needed, with their team still assuring the dress would be delivered on time. 3 days before I was due to go to the wedding I asked again about shipping number, they said they were sending the dress the next day. I then recieved an email a day before my event saying that due to adverse weather the shipping company said it couldn't deliver, which is not something I've ever heard (there were no flight or train disruptions during this time so unsure if this is true).
The company offered a full refund or a coat to make up for the undelivered dress. I asked for a refund.
This was in October 2025.
As of the end of February, 4 months after asking for a refund, I have recieved nothing.
They said they would send the refund, and to wait 2 weeks for all the payments to go through. I gave them 4 weeks before I asked again where the payment was. I then had to Instagram message them a week later to ask again, which is when they decided to email me back saying they didn't realise the payment went through. I was told it would be handled by the right team. Again I had nothing for who knows how long. I tried to give them as much grace each time I was contacting them.
I had asked for proof that they were processing the payment several times, they said yes they would send it within 48 hours, then they ghost me again.
They are terrible communicators, and now seem to be ignoring my Instagram messages too (which is usually the only way I've been able to get a reply).
I would advise anyone against buying from this brand unless you can physically go into their shop and take a dress home.

Unfortunately this company is a scam. I saw an advert on instagram for a coat I really liked the look of. I emailed the company to ask a few questions around delivery and order process, as I needed the coat delivered by a specific date. The company was prompt in replying and friendly, so I went ahead. The first red flag was that my credit card statement showed the company was registered in Dublin, not Lithuania as I expected.

Fast forward to a few days before the deadline, and having heard nothing I checked in with the company. They reassured me that things are on track, but I had to press multiple times to get a tracking number. This tracking number just led to a DHL website saying a shipping label has been created - but it's clear then that the item hasn't actually been posted.

The time and date goes by with no coat. They offer to send the item to a new address, which I give, and again there is no coat on time. Every time I chased by email, they would give some excuse but it was clear that the coat was not going to come.

I therefore requested a refund, which they agreed to. At first, they tried to get my bank details for a manual transfer which I rejected, and then they agreed to process it on my original card payment. However, this refund never appeared, and each time I chased they would give some excuse like 'the refunds take up to 14 days to process' or 'the assistant didn't process it correctly'. In the end, I had to raise a dispute with my credit card to get the money back.

I would warn against making any purchases from this company. I think that most of the reviews on this website are fake too - most of them have only ever reviewed this company.

EDIT: within 2 days of this review being up, I received 4 emails, 2 trustpilot replies, and 1 defamatory flag of this review from the company. I don't intend to engage in a back and forth with them except to point out that their reply is disingenuous:
- I specifically got in touch with the company in advance to ask about delivery BECAUSE it was christmas and I expected it to be busy. The company agreed to deliver by a specified date. I only provided an additional delivery address because they missed the delivery date they agreed to when I placed my order.
- Importantly, the coat was never shipped. They claimed it was in transit, provided a tracking number that showed the coat was never posted, and never proactively told me things were running behind - if I hadn't chased, I don't believe they would have said anything nor would the coat have turned up.
- I waited over a month for the refund before raising this with my credit card. Like the coat, each time I asked for an update they would provide a new excuse (even trying to claim it can take up to 30 business days to process a refund).

Ttruly impressed by the exceptional attention to detail and genuine care for the client’s needs. The growth of the Viela team has clearly strengthened their prompt communication and ensured fast delivery. Beyond that, the consistently high product standards, timeless design, and carefully selected fabrics make me want to order again and again. Highly recommend.

first of all, I’d like to say that the dress is absolutely wonderful - exactly what I had imagined. no complaints about the quality and the size was selected correctly based on my measurements. however, I had a negative experience with the communication: waiting for a week for replies to my emails or not getting any responses at all, which affected my overall experience and caused some stress. in my opinion, the whole process took quite a long time - even though the order was paid for in mid august, I only received the dress and veil in mid december.

I am very tall women and this brand made me a perfect coat just from the measures I have send them, online! Not even needed to alter. Very pleased with the garment and recommend! 5* :))

The possibility for a custom made, great quality coat for such fair price - is exceptional. The delivery was very fast also. The coat has received many compliments, many thanks!

I ordered the ADA coat and it arrived within 3 weeks to the Netherlands. The coat was slightly too oversized but the option to send it back en get it tailored is available. Other than that the quality and design are beautiful.

After we discussed my measurements the coat Ada was sown so nicely and it fit me perfectly. This piece of clothing is really warm, good quality and is a perfect investment piece in my wardrobe!

Terrible company. Took a very long while to get any update on my order (placed in May 2025!!) and then it just kept getting delayed. Eventually I demanded a refund but never got anything till this day. I had to send a new message, because they didn't reply to the original emailthread anymore.

Edit on 3 February: no update, no refund, they keep on delaying. Promised me a scarf too, and of course didn't manage to send that as well. Do not buy!

Edit on 16 April: still no refund. I do have lots of emails telling me to be patient and wait for the refund. Almost a year now....

Viela clothing brand has surprised me by walking that extra mile in their customer service. I felt looked after and supported with any questions or requirements. And I had quite a few. The clothes - excellent.

I received the Ida coat 10 days after placing the order. The quality is really excellent, it looks beautiful, and the feeling when wearing it is simply magical. I’m very satisfied! Thank you!
