The staff at the vietnam airport in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh are extremely rude and non approachable. They do not provide clear instructions - keeping language issues aside and are highly inspired by french in being prejudiced. Absolutely no courtesy for elderly people and act old school teachers. Discipline is good but you will be punished if u smile or ask questions ☹️.
Easy and trustworthy. Saved so much time and hassle. Travelled as a family and tranfering from domestic to international at HCM and Hanoi would have been complicated and super timeconsuming. A representative met us outside our arrival gate both times got us in a cab in Hanoi to international terminal and through security on no time. In HCM he helped re check-in our luggage super quickly as well as wizzed us through security. So helpful.
I was hesitant on getting a visa from another place, but they helped me get my visa with no problems.
I got my visa in less than 3 days of sending my application and I contacted them all the time through whatsApp.
If you worried of it being a scam, it’s not! Honestly it’s more faster and has more support then the official government site 😂😂😂.
