Great tour and tour company. Everything was expertly organised by Chris, who communicated well throughout and felt like our friend on the other end of the phone. Good hotels, particularly riverside villas in hoi an, lovely tours, comfortable transfers. Fab time in Vietnam thanks to this company.

Vietnamtourfun was a fast paced way to make your money work for you. They took all the hassle out of the planning a trip of a lifetime time. They allowed me to relax and enjoy the moment of each event.

I could not have higher praise for Hoang and his team at Vietnam Tour Fun. From our initial contact with Hoang last summer, through the planning process for the Thailand trip, and follow through/communication during travel, the experience was smooth and hassle-free every step of the way. I was especially impressed with Hoang's communication - he answered all questions in a timely manner. His expertise in planning every detail of the trip gave me confidence that the Thailand adventure would be everything we hoped for. All our domestic travel within Thailand went smooth as could be - the drivers were on time for all transfers which meant we never had to worry about getting to our flights on time. The excursions to the markets, the sanctuaries, etc. all were set up with knowledgeable, interesting, and polite guides making each experience a joy. My birthday fell within our travel time and Hoang and his team memorialized that special day with a couple surprises. One little issue arose during travel, but Hoang resolved it quickly and there was no interruption or concern. I highly recommend Vietnam Tour Fun - you will not be disappointed in the level of professionalism and expertise of this impressive organization.

I could not ask for more in a tour company! From the first reply all the way to the end of our Thailand trip Hoang and team from Vietnam Tour Fun have been amazing. They helped us plan the best trip and were always extremely polite, helpful, and quick to respond during the planning process and throughout the trip. Every thing on the itinerary was great and the balance between activities and free time was perfect. All the resorts were all great! They made a trip to the other side of the world easy and stress free, even with a few domestic flights once in Thailand! I would definitely recommend them and look forward to using them on future trips!

Through the booking he was quick to respond to requests for clarification and provided helpful suggestions. Very well organised tour, accommodation is good quality, local guides knowledgable and friendly, transfer drivers easy to find and courteous. Highly recommend the drive from Hoi An to Hue over the mountains and overnight tour at Halong bay. MASSIVE thank you to Chris Thang my tour agent, he did an amazing job with all my questions, organising some extra tours and lots of recommendations. Nothing was too much for Chris, available at all times even weekends. The itinerary covered all the popular destinations. Consider a night or 2 in Ho Chi Min to see the sights as the tour doesnt cover this.

It was a very well planned tour. We enjoyed every moment! The locations of the hotels, length of our stays in each city, the activities and smooth transfers were wonderful. The intensity of the semi guided tour provided us the freedom to explore the cities we stayed in our pace. I strongly recommend it to anyone who's going to Vietnam!

We loved our family trip to Thailand! TourRadar found wonderful accommodations that allowed the 5 of us to be together in an apartment-style room or connecting rooms. The tour (logistics) was organised very well. Support from the office (especially Mie) was very helpful - flexibility was amazing.

This tour was fantastic! I felt like there was a nice mixture of busy and relaxing. We got to see so much and were really able to enjoy our time because it was so well coordinated. I would definitely recommend this trip if you're looking for an adventurous but stress free vacation.

This was AMAZING! I usually plan all my trips independently, yet when I decided to travel to Vietnam there were a lot of intricate items to plan a successful trip so I signed up with Vietnam Tour Fun. I was very pleased with everything - from the first contact/reservation for the tour through the last day. Mr. Long provided superior service before and during my vacation. We started in Ho Chi Minh with a trip to the Mekong Delta, our tour guide for this day trip had family ties to this area and provided a vast amount of information (history, etc.) and his personal stories enhanced the tour. Unfortunately Typhoon Kalmaegi caused us to miss the “middle” of our trip (Hoi An, Da Nang, etc.), yet we were provided other options from Mr. Long. We declined the options and chose to fly directly to Hanoi. Mr. Long arranged new airline tickets and offered a few alternate hotel options in Hanoi. We spent an additional 4 days in Hanoi which gave us extended time to explore many, many different places. I recommend the GRAB app for transport in Vietnam, we travelled all over the city at a nominal cost. Vietnam Tour Fun provided transport to our new hotel in Hanoi and checked in with us every few days while we were independently exploring the city. When the “regular” tour activities started again we were transferred to the originally scheduled hotel and we were “back on track!” The cruise on Ha Long Bay was beautiful and this is a very popular place! The ship manager and staff were very kind, professional, and had many different onboard activities and short excursions. This tour is a semi-independent tour (my favorite way to travel) with new groups/people in each city. The groups were small to medium (8 to 20 people) with a vast range of ages. When reserving a trip with Vietnam Tour Fun expect to receive personal service and quality activities.

Vietnam Tour Fun (VTF) created a semi-custom tour that covered Cambodia & Vietnam in 10 days. It was a great tour. We visited two major towns in each country: Siem Reap & Phnom Penh in Cambodia, and Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. The sights were what took us there: Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom, the Killing Fields, Ha Long Bay, and the bustle of Ho Chi Minh City; among many others. We traveled privately with a VTF-arranged car & driver in Cambodia and were a part of small group tours in Vietnam. We had a lot of back-and-forth with Hoang of VTF to customize the travel, but never expected what came next. Hoang attended to us throughout our stay in the two countries -- staying in touch via WhatsApp on a daily basis. He helped troubleshoot problems that inevitably come up in travel, and pre-empt issues that could have ballooned into something bigger. All airport-hotel-airport transfers were seamless and punctual, as were the arrival of different guides and modes of transport. He even came and met with us while we were in Hanoi, bearing gifts -- who does that?!

If you choose to customize your trip, be clear with the tour operator what kind of experiences you're looking for and what can be avoided. We did that, but should have been even more prescriptive so as to avoid time wasted (in our view) visiting markets etc. Fortunately, this was minimal. Our overall experience was memorable -- not just because the places are wonderful to visit, but because Hoang and VTF removed all the little "frictions" that can easily mar an otherwise-great trip!!
