These people are scammers. They false advertise giving the three credit reports and scores but only supply one and charge you again for the other two. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are having people pretend to be home renters and ask you to sign up for this to get your credit scores and then nothing. I’ve been trying to get my money back because I’m not happy with the service but refuse to give it back. I’m having a lawyer work on this if they refuse my refund again.

Same as a lot of the people that have already reviewed. I was applying for loans online and was told it was a requirement to look at my score. Except instead of just $1, they tried to charge me $40 every day for several weeks. The card I used typically stayed empty and I quickly forgot about it until my tax return arrived. Suddenly, I'm out $120 because they charged my card three separate times within the week. The phone number provided for the cancelation process is actually for a military health research group that didn't even know the company I was trying to reach. I was able to block them from charging my card anymore, but I'm still out $120 with no refund in sight. Avoid!

Found an unauthorized charge for $29.95 on my account statement. Reported this issue to the company. Per request, provided them with my home address. I was then informed they could not create a fraud case because I was able to provide my correct address. My case will need to be "reviewed" to justify a refund which is no guarantee. Sounds like a scam to me!

Some how this company was charging me 39 dlls for 7 months for something that I never sign up.i ask for a super visor and they just put me on hold .I call 5 times and that did the same

Do not use this company...they are charging people twice every month for your subscription...I tried to get a refund and was told I needed to read my contract I e-signed..I myself will be contacting the BBB

I was sneakily signed up for this when I was applying for an online loan. They said they sent me an email....i never saw the email .....when they took a $39.60 payment I called them the same day with in hours. They have and still are refusing any refund. THEY ARE CROOKS.....DONT USE THEM EVER!!

Huge scam artist!!! Thankfully I ordered a new bank card bc the moment my money hits they'll take it smh. These ppl have tried EVERY day to take money(randomly at different times-one day as early as 5:30a.m.!)for a "service" that I don't want/need, sometimes several times a day. Cancelling is impossible. Avoid these mfs if you can!

Months back I was looking for a loan and this company told me I only needed to check my credit score to be approved for one. I allowed them to check my credit score at the cost of one dollar. I was directed to a couple loans none of which I was eligible for. A couple months later my card gets a $39.00 charge. I call and they say that it’s a valid charge because when I payed the dollar I opted into a $39.00 subscription charge . I only used the dollar service I payed for they are a scam to prompt you in to a subscription.. don’t use this site. Customer service agent was very nice & knowledgeable & she even tried to get me my money back. the company is scammers tho..

This company needs to be put out of business for fraud and theft. I noticed a charge on my credit statement and immediately called. No one answered just a revolving hold system. So I disputed it with the card holding bank. Somehow they found it valid. So I called them again, because I have never heard of this company before it showed up on my statement. This time I actually talked with someone and for the first half of the conversation they could not find an account for me. Now I suspect that they filled in the blanks while speaking with me and continually tried to upsell me on their services. I'm not interested. It finally got to the point where I lost my temper and demanded a refund. Supposedly he filed a report and sent it to whatever department evaluates complaints, which will take 24 - 48 hours to process and another 5 - 7 days for a refund. I will be surprised if that actually happens as I'm still waiting for the email he was supposed to send me "right away" so I could see the benefits and perks they provide.

Spoke with Live agent "Kate" who explained charges and services available. She is super knowledgeable on this service and benefits. She tried several times to retain my business, which impressed me highly. I appreciate good customer service, but she was outstanding until I asked for a supervisor.
Although she was able to cancel the subscription, she cannot process a refund due to trial period. I explained as I am on disability with poor credit score for many years, this service is simply not for me. I don't use subscriptions and I don't go to movies. I have AAA so roadside assistance is not helpful to me either. I apologized that I clicked and clicked back in December trying to get a loan, thinking this was free. It is VIEWFREESCORE after all.
I asked for a supervisor at approximately 33.00 minutes into the call, I was told i would be on hold. There is complete silence as if I'm on mute. First time I called out to Kate, she answered. Must have heard me because she answered me. She said hold for higher level supervisor. Waited 1 hour and 40 min. I continued to wait for that supervisor.
I finally called into support on another phone line. I asked numerous times to request a supervisor from agent "David"
I allowed him to give all benefits again. He went thru the full retention speech. I insisted to speak to a supervisor. I had to yell and curse and demand a supervisor. In just a few seconds "Jeremy", who said he was a supervisor came on the line. Same info from this guy. A request for a refund has been submitted.
Apparently this call center just reads scripts and has no call metrix to meet. First call resolution has to be a joke at these companies represented. Still holding on the original line. That total call was 33 minutes talk time and an hour and a half mute.
I feel honest reviews are critical for potential customers. I am dedicated to provide details of my experiences, positive or negative.
This issue is about 29.95. Seems like alot of time and effort for a relatively small dollar amount, doesn't it? If you are poverty level, 29.95 is significant.

I have been taken advantage of by this company few months ago they take my money out of cash app they never returned it,now again it happened I am a diabetic and also have cancer and I'm not able to get my meds that was my prescription money so now they won't refund it instead I could take 45 days so I don't know I don't know what to do but yeah my cash app tag because I can't get the money back is $ww7777wes ya I do need my money back,I call and grt talked to like I'm for so if anyone else has these issues go ahead and let me know but gosh I sure could use my money back $30 so now I'm going to have to set out front with the sign and beg for prescription money.

I was applying for a car repair loan and after answering all the questions on the application, I ended up on the page to force me to get my credit score before I could proceed. Okay, it was $1.00 which they said could be refunded. A few days later they charged my debit account $39.90. I did NOT ask for their credit monitoring service nor do I want it. I can get my credit score FREE from my bank. I called the number they listed on the debit withdrawal and could not get to a real person...after many attempts I got a real person and was immediately disconnected. I spent 45 minutes trying to get past Anita, the AI operator and never did get a live person again. Over and over and over Anita kept saying the same thing and that my refund request would be sent to a supervisor but it may take several days to get a refund. This company is a FRAUD. They don't even say a name when you call their number 866-460-2315. They better return my $39.90 to my bank account, and I think the first time they took it out it was only $29.95. This place viewfreescore.com are frauds and just wants your money. Never ever do business with this company viewfreescore.com because they are frauds. They are worth ZERO stars because they are frauds out to steal people's money.

Spent all day the last day of my "free" trial that wasn't actually free bc it cost a $1, trying to figure out how to cancel my membership by the time I figured it out they were closed and they charged my card 40 bucks at like 3am before I could get them on the phone the next morning and they refused a my request for a refund. Terrible useless service cost 40 bucks for crap I never one time used.
