I made a complaint and some Jason promised me to get better comments but again took me a hour to delete all this repeats comments such as Holy Moly and wow made on iphone? many more
In ai its a very simple process that ai can watch a video and understand the content and target the comment, mine was a music video
Also filter double comments out.

Am I am an Engineer and know what this platform is doing. Our marketing team used this Viewpals and they SCAMMED us. Requested for 300 Likes on You tube, they went next day we had 300 likes with 7 Views. How did the people like what they didn't view.
On X (formerly Twitter) they gave us 5k followers who are not real people and the next few days they went back to 1k.
You want to loose your hard earned money as a business or an individual use them at your own risk....
I would rate them 0 out of 5. Online scam beware...
