really too slow

Hello, i order the vignette in the morning of my trip at 7 am on sunday morning
When i receive the confirmation at 4pm, but i had already cross austria to germany.
So i am disapointed that informatic system took so long. i will probabibly get fine. can at less you help me to write a message to austrian authority to explay the situation?

If you are in a hurry, it is possible to make an urgent request. Then you will have your vignette within an hour.
