did order got confirm email then nothing but i got a email from GLS that they have a package from Cumhur Sedat KARADUMAN i do not know this man i dont know if this is the company i sure did not get a mail that something was being send to me?

This is a scam website. Avoid at all costs. Their address points towards somewhere between London and Turkey, they don't answer emails and they claim to send products via DHL but the couriers never receive it

The product I bought from them (eventually) is really good. I bought the larger version of the laptop tray and for quality it would be 5 stars. No complaints and way better than the plastic rubbish you can buy on Amazon for not much less.
And then it comes to the company you’re dealing with and the standard of their communications, and it all goes to pot. That’s a one star on the grounds that you can’t give zero.
* Took my money for an item they didn’t have in stock.
* Didn’t tell me until I queried the whereabouts of the item.
* Failed to meet the delivery estimate by miles.
* Same item, with Vigo Wood as the seller, reappeared on Amazon with next day delivery.
* Mine: still no delivery, still no communication.
* Throughout the process so far I’d received one email from them and no answer at all on their online chat service
* So I bought the tray through Amazon to guarantee getting one
* I cancelled the order on the Vigo website and told them what I’d done
* Lo and behold, you wait 17 days for a laptop tray and 2 turn up at once
So now comes the hassle of returning one because VigoWood can’t run their communications adequately.
My tip would be:
“Buy from this company via Amazon only. They’re then held to higher standards of delivery and communication than you get when you buy from their site.”

It’s the first time I bought from this company, found them on Amazon but went to their own website to get the 5% discount for my first order. I went for the one with book storage, I was searching for a book holder and this one was the only one with storage and a soft cushion, I’ve got a couple of kindle holders but they are useless for books. I was pleasantly surprised how sturdy and thick the MDF is, the free coaster is a nice touch too. There is only one problem, my husband liked it better than my old flippy and he’s using it with his kindle now 😆 to be fair it is ideal for him as he is in a wheelchair.
