The response from your agent was quick but i am yet to see if the issue has been resolved. Also, it wasn't clear on the website what to do when a collection needs to be reimbursed.

Used Viing twice now for work collections
Used Viing twice now for work collections. I love the flexibility of it in term of an e-card or physical card and link to presents as well as payment transfer.
My only issue with Viinh is the amount of commission taken. I feel like it too much. I'd also add maybe it was taking a commission at contribution point rather than at the end.

We certainly take on board the comment on the commission - it is worth noting that the fee is only when you select the bank transfer option, in order to help us cover transaction fees. We cover these fees when you select any other option; cards, ecards, gifts or vouchers. Charging at point of contribution would technically be better for us, but it would effectively remove the options where our service is free to use.

Very easy to use this service
Viing is very easy to use and you have the option to contribute to the card and/or make a monetary contribution. The site is very intuitive so you can choose which route you would like to go down, which card you would like to choose (after the end date) and if you would like to send an e-card or physical card (both come at a small cost)

A simple way to make collections a little easier
It is so easy to organise a collection for colleagues and the option to buy a gift on the site or have the money to spend on something else is great.
There are lots of different cards to choose from too.

Swift and very effective customer service
Doing a class collection is always a big responsibility but I received swift and clear replies to my questions and was also offered solutions. When there was a possibility of a delay to the evouchers reaching me in time, I requested help and the issue was fixed within an hour. Excellent and very efficient customer service.
