What can I say, is just better than I could ever imagine once I had it on my hands, exactly as I asked with the materials I asked, off white Jordan 1 on Chicago colourway is my favorito shoe but getting it done with the materials of my choice… you can’t get better than that

Vijz shoemaking course is lifetime experience
The shoemaking course @Vijz is truly a unique lifetime experience. It is very rewarding to learn all these insights from professionals and work towards a satisfying, personal and unique end result. Sam has a wonderful workplace and great people surrounding him. He found a great way to put his years of experience and passion into this course. Big recommendation to anyone interested in making his own pair of unique high end sneakers!

It’s fine
I recently received my pair of SCRAP AM1’s and I like them. They’re definitely one of a kind!
Only complaint I have is the stitching is sloppy on the VIJZ logo. And the ONE thing I asked to be added to the shoe (the number 13), looks like it was an afterthought, which is very disappointing.

Nice to hear that you like your AM1 Scraps. We would like to respond on your complaint: with our Scraps we use left-over materials, including the part with the 'sloppy' VIJZ logo as you say. The whole point of the scrap series is that they give materials a second life, which means that not all materials have been processed before.
Your number 13 wasn't an afterthought. It was one of the first embroideries we made for your sneakers. We would like to point out that in our shoemaking proces, all the embroideries are made before any stitching is done. We are sorry that you don't agree with our artistic choices for the placed position of the embroidery. However, when ordering a Surprise Scrap model, you acknowledge our artistic freedom in the design phase. And of course we aim to make a beautiful product which suits your liking. We regret to find out that this was not the case with the embroidery on your pair of AM1's.
We would be happy to make sure to inform you on the design choices when ordering your next pair of sneakers with us. We also offer design sessions where we talk one on one about the exact design you would like.
