My order arrived and the leggings I bought were see through and too small.
I requested to return the item but they said no due to covid they were not accepting returns but their returns policy states they were. I was fobbed off by being told it was escalated higher but I have heard nothing since.
I recommend staying away from this company!

Do not buy! Ordered 2 pairs originally, same size, one fitted one was baggy. Decided to order another. Arrived with holes in the crotch and paper thin material. contacted customer services, who eventually sent me a replacement. Which also had holes in the crotch and was paper thin! Asked for a refund, was refused. They offered me 50% off my next order, but why would I give them more money?! Asked for a refund again, my emails are being ignored. Awful company, awful product

Such a scam company! Do not waste your time or money with their rubbish! Rubbish customer service, money grabbers , and without return/refund policy! What a scammers but I will take further actions as this company needs to be put in place for their laying, idiotic website!

Love the leggings I purchased.
After never using vikibody before they have excelled themselves. Fantastic quality good, quick delivery, fantastic quick easy service. One item was damaged but they have already arranged a free replacement.
Can’t fault… and Defintiely Will reccommend and use them again

I ordered 3 pair of medium leggings. One fit fine, the others were tiny. The pair that did fit ripped in the crotch after one outing in the gym. Sent Vikibody a photo showing the size variations and the rips and they agreed to send out replacements. The replacements never arrived and after a lot of arguing where they wanted me to prove the leggings hadn't been delivered (?!?!) they agreed to refund me in full... That was over 3 months ago they still haven't and are now ignoring my emails and messages to customer service. Poor quality, bad sizing, even worse customer service.

As others have reported, the Honeycomb leggings are completely see through even when not on your body. Requested a refund as per their policy but refused. Absolutely disgraceful. Don't use this company

Excellent Customer Service. Leggings and Shorts fit beautifully. I got a size small, am a size 8.10 and their perfect.

Only gave 1 as dont offer any lower - the price was good but they came and I have tissue paper less see through, infact brought primark leggings at £3 with better quality - I asked for a returns policy to be advised they dont offer one due to pandemic they said all they would offer is 50% off next order - I dont want the 3 pair I have never mind any others had to go through PayPal to raise a dispute to get money back

Ordered correct size. Arrived but couldn’t get on. Asked for refund. Was refused!!! Tried getting a address to return items. Cant get a respond. Don’t use this company as not uk based.

Ordered my leggings and both came with defects. 1 had loose stitching and other had defect material. Vikibodys reply was " we can offer you 50% off your next purchase and next time order bigger size. I'm UK small 14 and size M was, what they suggested to order. Thank you 👍

I had already bought about 5 pairs of the vikibody leggings and loved every pair, nxt two pairs of leggings came and one had a tear on the inner seam. I contacted vikibody with a pic of the problem and to my surprise they said keep that leggings and we shall send another out for free. Amazing customer service, nothing more annoying having to return an item when it is not your mistake, five stars vikibody, other companies should take a leave out of your customer service book

I ordered the black “tiktok leggings”and mine are great. I wear them for the gym and classes and like the fact they don’t roll down at the waste due to my tummy fat. Just ordered the bra and shorts so I’ll see how they are. The material on my leggings and the size are perfect 👍

This is a scam. The leggings are falling apart and they don’t match the size chart. I’m a size 2 and these would’ve fit a 13 year old girl. They refused to do returns or exchanges. Waste of money. Do not buy!!!

First, they pretend to be a UK / US company, but they're actually based in China.
They claim that their products are of good quality, but it can't be further from the truth: leggings are see-through, size of their products is appalling, no pads in the sports bras and they are awfully made (threads are dangling all over the place).
All of the items are Made in China bad quality rubbish.
Emailed Customer Service, which outright refused return & refund claiming that they don't do so because of Covid (which is a lie, as their return policy updated recently says nothing of such). They even have the cheek to offer a 50% discount for next purchase! I've been emailing them for days, they still haven't done the refund!!
Avoid this website like a plague. Also, please take a minute to report their social media pages so others won't be tricked into buying their rubbish products.
(Seriously suspect those positive ratings are paid for)

I purchased 12 pairs of leggings. I was not happy with the sizing. As you have a 30-day Guarantee, I contacted them within the 30-days to inform them I was returning the items. They agreed to send my order again and told me to keep the 1st batch. 4 months went by, and I didn't receive my order. Thankfully I purchased them on my CC. I contacted my bank. I disputed my charges and got a full refund. Be aware this is not a UK brand; they are in China and pose as a UK based supply. They also lie and tell you, your ordered has been sent, when it hasn’t.
