The service we received from Viking was excellent, from the office staff and the team who came to install the shed. They were knowledgeable, friendly, arrived ahead of schedule and erected the shed quickly and efficiently.

True craftsmanship
The fitters who came to assemble our new shed were very professional, I’m sorry but I can’t remember their names but it was one of the lads birthday today. From start to finish took only 45 mins and they erected it where I wanted it. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They are a credit to the company.

Installation wasn’t great
My wife told them where it was to go
They put the base down onto the soft ground but realised as they started to erect the shed that it was intact the wrong way round
Telling the guys they said sorry it’s to late now
So I now have a good quality shed that I’m struggling to use as the door is in the incorrect position

I have held off from replying to this review as we have been trying to contact Mr Mason.
With no replies to our emails or phone calls and messages left since the delivery date of 20th June I believe we will not hear from you again.
Upon arrival on the 20th of June our fitting Team were shown the intended area for installation of a 9ft x 6ft Premium Pent Garden Shed, Door Position B, Single Door, Windowed, on a soft ground framed base.
The area Was Deemed unsuitable, for a number of reasons, the shed did not fit into the area, there were bushes/hedge's overgrown into the area and the fitting team would not be able to install the soft ground base we have supplied for your shed.
A new installation area was agreed with the representative of the house hold so that the shed could be installed on the day.
Our team of two installers continued the installation in the new area, first installing the base and then the floor and wall panels on top of this.
This is over one hours work to complete due to the soft ground framed base system.
After which the representative of the property, came out of the house to realise they were unhappy with the door location ( A pre determined factor at the point of order ).
You Asked our fitting team if they could move the door, or the shed. To which they politely said I believe it is too late to changes this now. With less than 20 minutes remain to complete there job.
I Stand by our fitters decision and comment.
I feel this is a justified 3 star review, we thank you for your kind comments about the quality of our product.
I believe more attention should have be paid when agreeing a new installation area with our fitters on the day.
As we don't like to leave any customer unhappy with our service or product. We have been trying to contact you to inform you of the offer of a new door panel.

A small problem with the delivery was promptly rectified on the very same day, so no hold up with the self assembly of the garden building.

Viking 10 out of 10
Bought a few sheds before from Viking, quality and service always been excellent. My latest purchase an 8ft x 8ft chalet style is brilliant, seems even better build quality than my last one. You can get cheaper than Viking, but I doubt you will find better. They will replace panels should they ever need to be ( I had a floor replaced once after many years) they will also move your shed if you move house. The service is second to none and a final note, if you want to treat/protect the shed yourself, then it’s cheaper if you buy it from Viking….just saying.

Excellent service from our initial visit to Viking premises to installation of our new shed. Viking kept us informed at all stages and removed our old shed very efficiently. New shed arrived on schedule and was constructed very quickly. Would definitely recommend their services.

Everything positive- outstanding quality
Everything positive, helpful lady on phone took my order. Shed delivered on correct day. Delivery staff were pleasant and very helpful giving some very helpful tips on construction. Quality of shed is outstanding and has been made with care and precision. All parts were there and carefully packed down to the last nail.
Extremely pleased with all aspects. Well done everyone at Viking sheds. You provide products to be proud of.

Excellent service from a family business
James was very helpful taking us through the initial process of choosing the right shed, offering advice when needed and arranging a delivery date within our timeframe. We were informed via email of progress throughout. The friendly team arrived and erected the shed as agreed, it was fascinating to watch how it all went together. Good to deal with a local family business, we are very pleased with the result.
