Ordered, then receive email that it was to ship, then no follow up with tracking number. Sent email and they say there was a problem with the molding of the light. Have not heard back and still no shipping verification. Been a month and went ahead to order another gift from another company.
Buyer Beware,,this is a scam company and needs to be erased from the net.

Do NOT buy a rug from this company. They are not rugs but mats. Extremely thin and the material does not qualify it as a rug. Cheaply made from China. Also, do not expect your order to arrive anytime soon cause its ships from mainland China.

Wish we could give negative stars. Credit Card company dealing with them now but still very irritating getting scammed by this company complete waste of time. Wish the US could stop these scammers, although I guess there are many worse scammers out there. Just stay away! Hopefully you'll read these reviews before you order as I wish I would have

I have ordered 2 doormats of the biggest measures.
The resolution and quality of the print was very bad(like if you enlarge a small photo you see pixles), the other doormat had wrong collors amd again pixel picture quality was bad.

So, if you ask me, its better you find a local guy who prints, and do it with him, rather then ordering chinese stuff with Usa price tags.
50$ for a low quality, low resolution doormat,for such i would pay 10 and not 50.

Claim they are in Oregon. Have a San Jose text only phone number, PayPal address is based in Vietnam and everything ordered (that has been received so far) was shipped from mainland China. 34 days since my order of 5 items. 2 items received. The "Authentic" wood Viking shield which to me meant a reasonable reproduction made of wood with metal accents is poorly printed on 1/4" plywood 11" diameter with no metal. What looks metal and wood seams in the images are just part of the printing. The images they use make it seem as if it is in the 24" range based on the deck railing, animal horns and person holding it. This is not even worthy to be a child's toy let alone a decoration. Viking troll came deformed in a polybag. None of the other items (clothing) have arrived yet so as far as their quality can not comment. Very disappointed. Will not use them again and will not recommend anyone else do so either.

I haven't even received my order yet and I'm not impressed. I placed my order (apparently I shouldn't have. Don't waste your money or time) June 20th. It is now aug. 7th and I have YET to receive a tracking number, shipment sent, nothing. I contacted them last week through Facebook and they said I will receive an order tracking number by the end of the week. It's Monday and I still haven't received anything. I messaged today for a refund. We will see what they say. DO NOT RECCOMMEND!

I ordered in May. Order processed. I hear nothing from them until I contact them through Facebook in July, they say oh we will check on Monday. No, no word. I have to message them again then suddenly my order is complete. Then I get this site asking for a review. They said, order being shipped to shipper, will receive today or tomorrow. Another lie.

I ask is there a tracking number as there was NO email with that information. They sending tracking number. That’s how I find out that even though their Facebook has a USA address. That is not where this item is going from. It’s coming from China.

Tracking says it’s in town today. I will update once/if I get the item. But so far I would never order again.

The item I got is not worth $70. It’s a cheap ass Halloween costume, doesn’t look like what was on the website at all.

My order was lost. Will NEVER order again from you.

I made my order back in April and still have not received it and it's the end of June. When u check the tracking it says it's processing. I've emailed and only got an email with my order statement and that it's been processed but yet still no product. I feel ripped off of almost $60. Never will I order from them again.

I purchased this the 1st of April for an event and to this date of June 13th. I have not received my order. I am so disappointed!!!. I am giving you to the 20th to get my order, if not I will cancel and tell everyone how bad the site and service is.

I haven't received my purchase yet. It has been 2 months, and I'm still waiting for it.

Product was absolute garbage cheap material very very cheap screen printing for the money I paid for the items I’m far from happy. I’ve emailed them numerous times without response about this.

Horrible, i ordered the Jomundr lether jacket and the material used to make the valknut and runes were fallin off and tranparent. Not to mention the valknut was red, Its not at all how i ordered it! Yall rip me off so hard

Customer service worked hard and answered all my emails very quickly when my package ended up at the wrong address. The item wasn't as green as shown in the picture, instead it was more of an olive drab, but the fit was perfect and, color aside, it was exactly how I pictured it would look. I am ultimately happy with the purchase and extremely happy with my customer service experience. The four stars instead of 5 is just for the shipping mix up that made it arrive far after the event I planned to wear it at, but these days shipping issues are more common and not always controllable by those shipping products so just keep that in mind.
