It's difficult to address this experience when I HAVEN"T EVEN RECEIVED THE ITEM YET!!!!! It has been SITTING, apparently, in GEORGIA for the past 5 days after wending its way (apparently by ship) from China. I and COMPLETELY dissatisfied with this experience and will not be ordering from your company again.

We had contacted the shipping carrier and the package was delivered to the local post office and waited for being dispatched now.
To get the package soon, we have asked the post office to expedite the delivery.
We use airline express to ship all the packages in the hope that customers can get the package soon.
We sincerely apologize for such kinds of situation.

I have many products from Vikita, but this was the first that I purchased directly from them (usually get from Amazon). The wrong item was sent and they refunded me the purchase as soon as I notified them. Bonus is that the wrong item isn't one I already have.
