We booked with Vikki Coffey twice now and due to book with her again, she was absolutely amazing. Kept us updated with everything we needed to know as and when. Can’t thank her enough for her dedication and commitment to making sure you have the best holiday possible.

It was my first cruise and thanks to Vikki and colleagues and her commitment to her work the experience was a great success from booking, sorting cabins, answering questions and liaising with the cruise company on our behalf made it a smooth and enjoyable holiday. First contact with Vicki was through leaflet for Steve Steinman 4 days cruise with MSC to Ireland in Sept 2024. We actually had been to one of Steve’s shows in July 2023 and had a leaflet regarding it & he mentioned it at end of the show. He said to ring vicki on the number on the leaflet & she would sort everyone out. We rang the next day & booked with her. She was very helpful with any queries etc. she came on the cruise & was sorting any issues for people out. It was I believe the largest group booking MSc has ever had & vicki & her team sorted this all out. Well done & looking forward to 2026 one. Good luck with it all Vicki & team but hopefully this time there won’t be as many first time cruisers for you to explain so much to & we have all learnt something.

Sailed with MSC on the rock the boat cruise. What could have been a logistical nightmare WASN'T ! because of the efforts Vikki and team put into making it a success for everyone.
