Great advise and support from Chelsea

Hi my experience was incredible from the moment I arrived at the gallery until my painting arrived. Giulia's attention and professionalism were truly exceptional; I have absolutely no complaints. I recommend them 100%.

My husband and I bought a beautiful piece of work from the extremely talented Chelsea Davine. We’ve already hung it in our lake house in upstate New York and get plenty of compliments. Chelsea made the shipping experience simple and easy.

I was visiting Amsterdam with my wife from the US. We were exploring the city by foot and saw a painting through the window of Villa del Arte Galleries and went inside. We were warmly welcomed by Jutta. Neither my wife nor I are art experts and find art galleries can be intimidating. But Jutta and her staff were friendly and helpful. We asked about a particular painting and were given all the relevant details. We spent 30-45 minutes in the gallery looking around, talking about the painting and just chatting in general. After I got back to the US I emailed Jutta to make arrangements to buy the painting and she was very accommodating. We agreed on a price, and she walked me through the packing, shipping and customs processes. I even got photos of the painting being boxed and shipped. A week later, the painting was hanging above my bed in my house in New York. I am grateful for how easy and enjoyable Jutta and her staff made the entire process.

This was the first time that we have purchased art from Villa del Arte and we would definitely recommend them. The customer service is excellent - we did everything online and both Laura and Jutta were extremely professional, responsive and helpful. The piece we purchased is amazing and it arrived in perfect condition, crated and secure, to our home in Asia.

This is my second piece of artwork purchased through Villa del Arte Galleries, Amsterdam in person and Barcelona online. The staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. My experience from purchase to delivery went smoothly. Both pieces of artwork were wrapped and protected inside the custom built wooden crate. Even down to the detail of which screws to remove to open the crate. I was able to monitor the shipment from time of departure, clearing customs to delivery. I also received a phone call the day of delivery indicating they were 30 minutes away.

Personally I want to thank, Pilar Ferrer, at Villa del Arte in Barcelona. You went beyond to meet my needs for receiving this artwork, commuting throughout the process and kind words. I appreciate your efforts and look forward to sending photos once installed.
