We had an outstanding stay in 2019 - the entire family enjoyed the view, the house, the Pool, the wheather...thus we booked again for 2020. With covid hitting europe, Mauro was absolutely professional and proactive - we could reschedule our booking to 2021. We are very much looking forward to returning to his place.

Outstanding location with a reliable and professional host - clear recommendation.

I wanted to stay at the beautiful Villa il Poggiolo with my family later this year. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the trip due to the uncertain times of COVID-19.

After I reached out to Mauro and told him that we need to cancel our trip to Liguria, he has immediately replied and refunded the deposit. I got it back in my bank account already the next day.

I definitively would like to travel to Liguria and stay at Villa il Poggiolo once we are allowed to travel again.

The customer experience was great from the first touch point, when I reached out to Mauro and asked if he has an available house for our family, until the last time when I had to cancel our reservation. He was always very kind and supportive.

I made absolutely trustfull experiences with the booking and refunding procedure. After canceling my booking, Mauro has immediately returned my payments. Communication and handling was great!

Mauro is a reliable person and replied really fast to my e-mails. Sadly, we had to cancel our trip. The refund was uncomplicated and the money was transferred fast to my bank account. We hope that we will be someday his guests.
