Okay I am Glad I checked out this Guy George because I thought it may have been me!! . Right so I sent off a stator plate for my Villiers f12 sloper engine.with old coil attached and New points .to be checked out thinking he must know what he's doing!! He emailed me to say the coil was fine!! and he fitted a new electronic ignition.he then suggested he keep the point that we're mine.!! cost me £25 Plus post.i get it back to find the coil was not working properly.so I end up going elsewhere.i did have my suspicions with his attitude. Don't Use This Guy !!!!! No customer service what so ever I do wonder if he has the right equipment for testing coils. Please let me know if I am wrong?

I will not use these guys again, After many emails with no reply, called and finally got some action, he wouldn't accept PayPal so sent TT from the bank. Finally got the parts, but hey the 33 quid coil was missing. Again no answer to emails, finally managed to get in touch to be told he would send it on my next order. I informed him needed it straight away. Yippe it finally arrived. stupidly fitted it to the bike without checking it first. You guessed it, No spark. Checked the resistance on the new coil, yip it was faulty, nothing on HT side. Funny he doesn't answer any of my emails any more.

i , well this has to be the worst seervice ever , two original email sent no answer , third got a answer told me what I needed I then send over confidential information about payment , then I hear nothing no charge made no goods absolutely nothing , have phoned you several times nop answer , I have spoken to several other motorcyclists who have received the same poor service , even a man from suffolk drove to you and left a engine with you to be serviced , was with you 15 months you said it was ready he came to collect and hey presto not even touched .. all the best

Absolutely disgusting business, owner is VERY rude sarcastic and his attitude stinks . Only enquiries and was basically told via email that what I had sent was useless and that I was invited will NEVER use this firm again

George was very helpful and knowledgeable, and had a number of genuine parts I needed for my 1957 BSA, which is remarkable in itself! Parts arrived quickly, and safely - even the carb float was neatly sellotaped inside a cardboard tube.

Would have been zero stars if there was an option.

I ordered parts by email from George. The email exchange was minimal on his part, only just short of bloody rude. Parts had not arrived after a week so I emailed him to ask if it had been posted yet (we were in a Covid lockdown period)

I got another curt response stating I had not sent my address. This was a complete lie as the address was in the email trail which he had responded to!

I politely resent the address to which he said it was posted on the day of the order, and if it had not arrived I should talk to the postman.
I asked him where he had sent it from, and the receipt number so I could start a trace for the lost item.

Still waiting to hear back...
I am now £100 down with no sign of the parts or proof they were even sent. DONT pay by money transfer, use PayPal and then at least you have some protection

Dreadful service, poor communication and dubious website. Order arrived incomplete, no receipt or invoice. Very unprofessional.
