After my reveiw on Trustpilot concerning the lack of customer service I am pleased to say Vilmarie answered with an apology for the time they took to reply to my emails and refunded £5 pound to cover for the luck of watch pillow in the presentation. Well done Vilmarie
My fault for buying cheap, but watch turned up and looks it. Thought I’d give it a go and return it, but they have ignored all of my emails and social media comments. Save your money, avoid at all costs
