There was not much said about our investments, large or small when Vimba called a halt. Where did this money go to? When the word "transparent" is used, be on guard. The Oxford Dictionary states "transparent" as been "invisible"!! What has happened to good old-Honest?

They have my money and they don't reply, I don't understand how can this be a serious company if I contact them about my transaction and for 3 days I have no reply from them. 1000 pounds is a lot of money, my account is verified, yet no answer and money are gone........for me this website and who is behind it, it's SCAM!

When you register the sms code doesn't come. I had to ask a friend to use his number and it received it fine. I am on vodafone.

They claim 20 minutes delivery time yet after I paid with Poli, which is instant to their account, i got the purchase email, then 5 seconds later another email informing me on manual approval. I used it on a saturday and will have to wait untill Monday or whenever they work.

Easycrypto took one hour to process over the weekend.

Don't advertise 20 minute delivery times if it ends up taking 2 days.

I have been using Vimba for more than a year now after they launched in the UK.

Payment is taken by standing order directly from my account and they execute at a good rate every week. Purchases are delivered straight to my offline wallet. There have only been one or two issues when the product was first launched which were solved quickly. The team communicates fast and effectively; there is a chat channel for users to ask questions and someone is always available to provide answers.

I know they are looking into widening the services they offer these days (perhaps there are several new functions these days that I am unaware of) but this is the only function that interested me in the beginning: regular payment by standing order and delivery to my own offline wallet, set and forget.

If you are interested in purchasing Bitcoin or other digital assets regularly and have run into troubles or inconveniences with Coinbase (almost guaranteed based on my experience with them), I suggest you try Vimba.

Was looking around for ages for a simple no drama way to invest or engage with Bitcoin and crypto.

Communication is good and keeping me updated too. There is always someone to email queries to, although recently I have not been able to complete a certain action to satisfactory resolution so it stays in limbo. I am always directed to check out a link when all I need is a Human face to face to anwer visually with the problem I have.

Absolutely excellent service, easy to save crypto every week and their instant sell feature is one of the best. Low fees so definitely worth using over any other platform if you plan to save weekly / annually.

I have enjoyed the process with Vimba, even though I haven't been a regular customer, but that is about to change. The communication is wonderful and I do read everything that is sent, and I'm looking at putting a strict savings plan into place.
