and pleasent to talk to. I would certainly recommend her and Vincent Bond to my family and friends.

I had a really positive experience with Keith and Vincent bond they made a difficult personal decision very easy and achievable. Anyone who like me never expected to find themselves in this position I would say don't put it off contact Keith and he will go through the whole thing with you even replying to my emails after 10 at night, that's dedication I can't speak highly enough of him and the team he works with

Vincent bond are so friendly , I buried my head in the sand with my debts ,couldn't sleep at night always on my mind ,I rang up scared and embarrassed! But I was soon put to ease ,I spoke to Keith and he was so helpful and kind on the phone, he went through absolutely everything,explained every option I had and decided on the best one for me,helped me sort my incoming and outgoing, I felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders! I had a email straight away, my pack was sent the next day, I had a courtesy call the day after seeing if I needed Any help or questions,was gave a number and email to contact them anytime I needed.I was explained how much I would need to pay a month,when it would be all paid,explained how long I'd be paying for. How long it would take to set it up ,explained any letters ,calls I can send them to the company and they deal with them .excellent company I'd recommend to everyone who is in debt and needs help ,they have really helped me out when I thought there was so way out .

After me and my partner breaking up leaving me with a 7 week old premature baby times were really hard. It came to the point where I had no other choice but to look at managing my debt to be able to carry on in the future. I was anxious and put it off for a while after initially enquiring but I have never been hassled and there is the option to converse via email which I feel eases the pressure. They understood my situation and spoke to me on a personal level making me feel a lot better about my current situation. I feel like they are taking control of a big part of my life... in a good way. Regardless of who I speak to and what the query is, all staff members are clear at providing information and make you feel "looked after" which naturally makes me as a customer trust Vincent Bond with my finances.
