Great quality products - helpful via instagram DM and reasonably quick delivery (USA)

Ordered a sweatshirt over 2 weeks ago. I was told it would come in 10 days maximum and it hasn't arrived. Tried to contact the company and got no answer. Even tried to get the tracking number and still got no answer from the "support" that they claim to have. Site is pretty organized but lacks communication when problems happens.

*UPDATE* (12/21/2016)

Product arrived more than a month after the order. However, support still hasn't said a word to me.

Previous review: I ordered a snapback on 29th June. I have been trying to contact the team since past 10 days via facebook, email and chat but there has been no response. The product has not yet been delivered. The product has to be delivered to India. I was sent an email saying the product will be delivered via Royal Mail. I have contacted Royal Mail but they told me to contact the senders. Any help here from someone would be great.

I was contacted by the vincentius team regarding the product. I told them I have not received it yet and I have moved to canada for further studies. They promised me a delivery with in a week. I received it in the next five days. Really appreciable service. Thank you team vincentus. :}

I have ordered 5 snapbacks from them. It has been three months and I still haven't received it. And now they aren't responding to my emails or twitter. I was told it will take a month. No tracking number was given after asking for 2 or 3 times.

I have to admit, I doubted that I will receive my items, but fortunately, it was arrived during a month.. however, my shipping address is Saudi Arabia!! for those people living in KSA, I should ask them to be patient, your shipments will arrive if you have fill in your correct shipping address..

Couldnt be happier with my Madrid Away Snapback .. Really pleasantly surprised by the quality of it.. definitely as good if not better than New Era etc.

The website was a breeze for ordering and within a few clicks the ordering was done and I had my receipt by email. I've been eyeing a few of these hats for a while now and finally just decided to pull the trigger. I'm glad I did because they're dope. Good quality, comfortable fit, fast shipping considering it came internationally.

I will probably order from them again as they update designs.

Love the hats especially the BVB yellow and black, i also order an Arsenal Red and Black, they're both awesome and i rock them everywhere i go! I live in The U.S and it took about two weeks to get them, to me that is perfect since ya'll across the world. The price for the hats is right and it's worth every cent. Looking forward to buy more hats.

I have purchased Chelsea's strapback hat and I am so happy with the quality of the item. I went to Stamford Bridge with the hat and everyone loved it there. I highly recommend buying the product.

I really like the hat, and good on arrival time.

Only downside would be that I feel they are a little pricey. But their products are excellent, and worldwide delivery is very quick and their range is expanding well.

Vincentius Apparel has a great selection of unique items that can't be found anywhere else. I was looking for cool flat billed soccer hats everywhere and wasn't satisfied until I came across Vincentius Apparel on Instagram. I checked out their selection, and I first had reservations about the price so I didn't buy immediately. However, when Barcelona won the treble, I couldn't resist any longer and splurged and I am so happy I did! Fits great, feels great, looks great, is a great purchase! Highly recommend Vincetius Apparel.
