We bought Thermowood cladding from Vincent Timber
We bought Thermowood cladding from VT. After researching the market for price and lead time on delivery we found Vincent Timber to be the most suitable for our needs. The price was competitive and the delivery was much quicker than other suppliers. We also needed a top up of the product and received a similarly competitive price for a smaller order and quick delivery. Their own delivery guys are super nice too. Carl in the sales office was very helpful and answered any questions quickly and politely. We would recommend.

First class experience from start to end
Was referred to Vincent Timber by another supplier who were unable to fulfil my order and from the very first moment they made contact my experience has been excellent. Luke handled the sales enquiry, providing lots of advice and support (even checking in on things when he went on holiday for a week) and I took delivery today of some great looking Western Res Cedar cladding. Despite the snow, the delivery driver was super helpful and help me unload. Great experience all round and would recommend to anyone.

The Cape Cod products are fantastic. Our new cladding looks amazing and the carpenter commented on how nice the wood is to work with. Chris @ Vincent is very knowledgeable and helpful, quick to quote etc. We also bought Siberian larch from Vincent for one side of the house - looks amazing vertically hung. This is the second time we've bought from Vincent - thank you for supplying high quality products.

Excellent service and products
We recently bought cladding from Vincent Timber for our house.
Our journey with Vincent Timber started early in 2022, we initially contacted them to think through cladding options. We met with Phil who was patient and extremely knowledgable, talking us through our options for cladding. We left our initial visit with Vincent Timber knowing we would be placing an order with them.
At the point of ordering, we were support by Luke to think through which options were within our budget, offering a clear quote and explaining the difference between each product. Luke was patient and supportive throughout, answering all of our questions without hesitation.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Vincent Timber. Both their service and products are excellent. We love our cladding and have had some great feedback from neighbours and friends already.
