Ordered a watch for my wife for…

Ordered a watch for my wife for Christmas on 24th November still not arrived, sent emails with delayed unacceptable responses to my queries raised!! Still waiting now very disappointed to be honest, will be amazed if the watch arrives before Christmas!! Next step refund or contact my bank regarding fraudulent transaction. Very poor as I thought this was solid company selling quality product.

Love Vincero!

I have purchased a watch and a couple of men's bracelets over the last few months and have been very happy with all of the products. High-quality, great looking, and great service. One of the bracelets had an issue and Vincero responded right away and replaced the item very quickly. I'm a big fan and will continue to purchase their products in the future.

Placed an order on 11/26/23

Placed an order on 11/26/23. Was expecting order to be shipped within 5-7 days. As of 12/15/23, order has not been fulfilled and all I get is the same computer generated response about how “busy” they are. Since my order will not arrive in time for the special occasion that I ordered it for, I have canceled my order and requested a full refund. We’ll see how long it takes for me to get a refund. This a huge disappointment since this company was highly recommended. If I don’t receive a refund in three days, I will have to contact the BBB. Zero stars if I could.

Horrible!!

Horrible!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I purchased a watch and a bracelet almost 4 weeks ago now, after 3 weeks of no emails. I had to email them asking where my order was. They proceed to take their time emailing back and let me know the product I bought is out of stock, even though you can still purchase it online…

Which I mentioned to them and completely ignored. They then offer me in the email that one of my items can be shipped and I agree, mind you I answered same day. I get an email 2 days later saying it’s out of stock.

Just don’t buy from them what a waste of time and money.

Been waiting for my order for 6 weeks. They said it has been "lost". "We will send you a new". Then i have been "ghosted" for 3 weeks with no reply from the support.
Seem like a real scam, dont buy from them!

HEED THIS WARNING!

I placed two separate watch orders. The ONLY response that I have received voluntarily from Vincero is order confirmations. It has been 14 days since I place my orders and I have received NOTHING! No shipping emails, no email stating any issues, just NOTHING! I have emailed Tim, Sean, and Aaron three times asking about my orders. Their excuses about numerous orders, back-ups at their fulfillment center, and finally admitting that they oversold the watch in one of my orders! I have never ever had that happen from any other business in which I placed an order. This tells me that they run their company very poorly. In their response email about my second order having over sold they didn't mention anything about a refund. I have know sent a fourth email requesting an immediate refund for that watch! As for my first order, I still haven't gotten a true explanation of why it hasn't shipped yet. But, they saw fit to take my money instantly upon order. NO money should be debited unless the item is in stock!
Their very own shipping information is a FLAT OUT LIE! Their shipping policy on their website reads as follows:
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are fulfilled within 2 business days of the order date, with the exception of pre-orders. Purchases made after 12 PM EST may not be shipped out until the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
All delivery times below are in business days.

My previous emails have been very nice and professional. However, I'm tired of getting jerked around. I will be contacting the BBB and getting my bank and credit card company involved in retrieving my money.

Terrible Service…

I have previously bought watches from Vincero with no problems.
However I had to return my last watch as the style wasnt what I expected.
10 weeks and many emails later I still have not received my refund.
Totally unacceptable.
I am now thinking Vincero is a rip off company.

The Apex (yellow) arrived today and it's absolutely amazing! This is the third watch I've ordered from Vincero and will definitely be ordering more! Great quality with a classic look (I also have the Chrono S in Olive Green) that goes with day to day wear or special events. The watches always get a lot of compliments! Delivery has always been super fast as well.

Frustrating shipping and delivery experience

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM MISERY.

It was exhausting following up on the order I put in their website. They didn't share a tracking number until after asking for it twice and the tracking number they shared of ePost Global doesn't update and only shows 'in transit' status for a week. Their customer service is helpless. Your payment will go through well but you will be frustrated at every step after that. I am still waiting for the product.

Do NOT buy the Chrono 2 in…

Do NOT buy the Chrono 2 in gunmetal/walnut. Unless you have lazers for eyes you cannot see the time on it in anything other than brilliant sunlight. And even then it's tricky. A design disaster if ever there was one. Oh, and took about 3 weeks to arrive. Dissapointing beyond belief.

Amazing customer service

I finally received my Reserve Automatic Blue Steel watch today. I opened the case , took my watch out, and literally jumped out of my chair. This is by far the most stunning watch I have ever seen. I will be taking it to my jeweler tomorrow, and have a few links removed. My friends and work colleagues will be amazed when the see my new, Vincero watch, and I can assure to that they will be placing an order for the Reserve Automatic Blue Steel watch that I have, or select one of the many various styles of Reserve Automatic watches, that Vincero manufactures.

I am very impressed with the Company and the Watch

I am very impressed with the exceptional quality of my watch, The Altitude, especially considering its affordable price. It maintains very good precision, about 1-2 seconds per week, and the second timezone functions well. It also boasts a sharp and stylish design. On top of that, when I reached out to customer service for assistance, they responded promptly and efficiently. Is this a serious company or a scam?

I ordered a pair of sunglasses and bracelet on the 22nd May to be delivered into the UK. I received an email confirming the goods had shipped within 24 hours and a tracking number which turned out to be invalid. I have now been sending emails - the early ones were answered but not by providing me with the most important information of when the goods would be delivered. I have now sent a couple more emails in recent days which have gone unanswered. Is this company a serious business or a scam ?

Avoid.
I ordered 5 watch bands from Vincero a month ago as I have a number of their watches already that needed a freshen up.

One of the bands was the incorrect colour which wouldn't have been a big problem if they hadn't put their prices up.

I have emailed them 3 times now with order details listing my desire for the correct order to be reposted out but have ignore all 3 emails... not one response back in over a month.

Vincero is no longer what they use to be.
