I dont get enough vitamins so i was told to take a suppliment. I tried several but this one works well for me. Ask your dr if this would work for you too.

I am in Ireland. They delivered my order in 15 days - Amazon normally deliver in 5 days sometimes less. That said I am eager to try the supplements; all their products are Third Party Lab tested, and are genuine Magtein.
