Bianca and all her team are just incredibly lovely and I couldn’t dreamt better people to help me through this journey. They were just perfect and they support me better than I couldn’t think of. Bianca was absolutely amazing, always ready with an answer to my doubts, and she truly showed me the true meaning of friendship. Eve, my "Guardian Angel," took me a while to trust the process, but she was always there to lend me her hand, offer advice, love, and attention. Her presence finally allowed me to open my heart, and for that, I will be eternally grateful. Henry, my "God" and "Grandad," showered me with so much love and attention to all my needs. Despite my stubbornness and frequent fights, his wise words still resonate in my head: "Patience, trust the process, trust yourself, surrender." What a beautiful time it was. Laurie, my "Jesus" and "Dad," possessed a lovely soul, and I was truly amazed by his journey and his advice. The love and warmth shown by this "New Family" were beyond words. I cannot thank you all enough, and no words could ever suffice for a review.

The retreat location surpassed my expectations, offering a tranquil and secure haven, with someone always available to comfort you after each experience. The amount of love and attention for all of us was shown in the "little things" they did for us, and I could see in the details of the work they had provided a well-clean place and a wonderful environment, along with activities, music, and a spotless house. I miss the hugs, the love, the delightful food, which was prepared by all of this lovely family from fresh and so full of new flavors and love, and, most of all, these people who opened their arms and taught me what I needed to learn and hear. I am so happy to have met you. Ayahuasca completely changed my life. Despite my initial fear, which led me to avoid it for so long, I now wish everyone could experience it in this place with these amazing people.

I will undoubtedly recommend Vine the Soul to anyone seeking such an experience, and I am already looking forward to the reunion, as I need those hugs once again. Love and gratitude for everything you have done for me, and to Mother Aya, I am awestruck by all the healing work you have done.

I have had ayahuasca before but this brew was a completely next level!

Bianca says that she is not a shaman, but I disagree.

I began an amazing experience at the retreat that continues to unfold and teaches me something new each time I find myself reflecting on my visit, which is often.
I am listening to my heart and facing things in my personal and professional life and from my past which I have been distracting myself from with over work, bad habits and self delusion

I have realised the real nature and depth of my love for the people in my life with a lot of the resentments and insecurities I had built up over decades sloughed away. The day to day 'issues' remain but they just seem a lot less significant and more easy to accept.

Acceptance would probably be the biggest gift I have taken away; acceptance of the people around me and their unique beings, acceptance of the world in all of it's messed up, beautiful, complicated simplicity and the beginning of acceptance of my true self who I have mistrusted and hidden for a long time.

I went to ceremony trying to be as open as I could and found more than I had imagined was possible, some of this realisation was brought about by the ceremony itself but a lot was also about my experience of the people; their open hearts, kindness and warmth. The kindness of strangers and the empathic instinct of people to support and work for and with other humans when they see them struggling has always touched me greatly and so it was here.

Connecting with like minded people and trying to learn to trust and let go of being in control. Facilitators Kristina, Ricardo and Laurie caring and kind, me not used to so much love from strangers, but yes I'll take it all. Bianca is warm, caring, unique and kind, a combination not seem too often anymore. You can trust the experienced team and that's really what this needs to be about.

I felt held, I felt loved and I felt at home. The team were so welcoming and nothing was an issue.

Here is the message I wrote to the group 5 days after the ceremony, which sums up my retreat experience. I cannot thank the team- Fatima, Stefan and Bianca- enough for the care and support shown.
“ Hello beautiful people, I want to share my experience the last few days.
My mental health has never been better. I feel so full of life and so connected to my true self. The insights keep coming even days after leaving the retreat.
I woke up at 5am this morning and as I was trying to fall back asleep I had the most wonderful epiphany relating to how do I live a meaningful life, and what do I need to feel fulfilled and happy.
(This was my big question for mother Aya.)
Thank you to everyone , facilitators and guests, who helped me open up and be myself during those 5 days, which allowed me to receive this medicine with an open heart.

Although it was a challenging experience, the results were far and above what I imagined, and the guides kept me comfortable and feeling safe - the whole team were amazing!

I would like to share a few words about my experience at the Vine of the Soul retreat. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, every aspect of this retreat exceeded my expectations.
The location was great with a lovely Portuguese house nestled in an isolated and cozy setting.
Every detail of the retreat, including the setup for the ceremonies, was carefully planned to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
The importance of music in such an experience cannot be overstated, and I was impressed by the playlists. The music played during the ceremonies was both emotionally evocative and spiritually uplifting, enhancing the depth of the journey.
The vegetarian food prepared by the team was delicious and crafted with love and mindfulness.
What truly set this retreat apart was the remarkable team of facilitators/guides. Their expertise and genuine care for each participant were evident in every interaction. Their knowledge and compassion were invaluable throughout the journey.
I am deeply grateful to the entire team for their dedication in creating such a profound and life-changing experience.

I recently had an amazing experience at the Vine of the Soul retreat. It was a journey that left a deep impact on me, and I want to stress how important it was to have Bianca, Stefan, and Fatima by my side.

From the start, it was clear that this team cared about our well-being. They made sure we were safe and supported during the ceremonies. Aya is powerful, and having professional, but also caring and compassionate people like Bianca, Stefan, and Fatima made a huge difference.

The team created a safe space for us to explore and heal. They prepared us well, physically and mentally, for the ceremonies. But here's the thing: Aya is not a quick fix. Your experience depends fully on you. No matter how much the team cares for you, you have to do the work yourself.

It has been a week since I did my ceremony.
Ceremony is an understatement for I had experienced as I would call it the biggest awakening in my life, a rebirth and the biggest chance I have to become a better version of myself, a version that was always in me and through Mother Aya I was able to know, to see and to love.
I came to this retreat full of questions and worries regarding my future, my profesional life, my marriage , my passions, my hobbies, my vices, my mental health balance, my pains, my day to day stress, my negativity, my traumas, my decisions, my purpose.
It’s so magical to arrive in a place where people like Bianca, Stefan and Fatima meet you and appeared that they met you before and as long as you’re open and express all you’re thoughts they will guide you, they will support you and they will explain you how you can enjoy this experience to the fullest. Why? Because their souls are full with good intentions, with love, with transparency, with support. They experience life to the fullest, they know and understand what trauma, pain feels but they also know what fulfillment , joy, liberation and awakenings means.
I had my one on ones with Bianca as she speaks my mother tongue and it was fantastic, however I felt Stefan and Fatima are as helpful and knowledgeable as Bianca. All three of them creates a magical brainstorm of beautiful intentions and skills ready to prepare you for the journey to meet Mother Aya.
I would not forget also Joao who picked me and my wife from the train station, Joao was always present during ceremony and assisted me numerous times, a very positive and calm presence on the retreat and knowledgeable about the entire process also.
As conclusion my trip was unique as it will be for everybody who will do it. The experience is very personal however the hard work is upon me from now on to keep my teachings with me in the real world, to know how to “keep and protect my bubble” in the challenging moments ahead. All this beautiful advices were received after each ceremony from this beautiful people in their beautiful place. I wish them all the best in their practice in their future and I already know I will see them again. Much health, much wealth and much love❤️🙏🏻

I feel grateful my first Aya experience was with such a caring, authentic, ethical group of people. They create a family ambience where you feel safe and free to open up. Bianca, Stefan, Fatima have my deepest respect because of their professionalism, knowledge of the medicine and the time they give to others; sharing their own experiences, life, and the Love in their hearts.
It was also heartwarming to be part of a group of participants, of all ages and background, who are on the same path. Being an introvert I was nervous at the thoughts of being part of a group, but it was a beautiful experience.
Going forward I am not sure what to expect. The ceremonies were preparatory for a journey of self-discovery. Again, gratitude is foremost in my mind for having had what I believe is the best start and in a Loving environment.

I ended up attending an retreat with Vine of the Soul after another I had booked elsewhere was cancelled, and I realised that it should have been my first choice all along. Being my first experience of an ayahuasca retreat, I had read countless accounts online, watched hours of YouTube videos, and attempted to be be as informed and prepared as possible. However, my excitement for the experience certainly had a shadow of trepidation of the unknown. From my first encounter with Stefan and the team at Vine of the Soul, they put my worries at ease and gave me kind, caring, and comforting support through every step of my journey.

I am a family person working in a corporate environment, so this was a huge departure from what I know, but it was I felt like it was an important investment in myself. Thankfully, I didn't have any profound demons to battle and this was a journey of finding the things that are truly important to me to bring me happiness. During our 1:1s, Stefan guided me through my own thoughts, worries, and desires to help me refine what I wanted to get out of the ceremonies. During the ceremonies themselves, the team created the perfect environment for my journey, watched over me, and checked-in on me to see how I was doing - offering support and guidance if I needed it. Most of all, I felt safe and in good hands, which let me focus on my experience which has had a profoundly positive impact on my life in the two months since.

An ayahuasca ceremony is a deeply personal experience and others' experiences will differ. As such, you can't recommend it to someone as you don't know where their journey will take them; all you can do is offer your own story as a source of encouragement. One thing I wish I had known beforehand, and which would have put any fears I had to bed, was that I would have a strong sense of control throughout the ceremony. Even at the deepest points of the ceremony, I always felt like I just needed to open my eyes and I would be back in the real-world. For example, at one point, during a deep experience, I needed to go to the toilet. I simply opened my eyes, got up, went and did what I had to do, and was only as unsteady on my feet as I'd be after 1 or 2 drinks - nothing dramatic. One other lesson was - if you feel like you should throw-up, just do it; you will feel much better for it, it helps you to continue on your journey, and fighting it will hold you back.

I have friends that have come away from other retreats feeling let-down by the experience they had - often because the numbers of attendees were too high and they didn't get the individual support and care that I did. Vine of the Soul maintain a perfect group size and share your journey with you, including keeping in touch afterwards. I am immensely grateful to Stefan, Bianca, and Fatima for elevating the positive impact of my experience and I couldn't recommend Vine of the Soul highly enough to anyone looking for a similar experience.

What can I say except that this was a life changing experience. I am truly grateful that such beautiful people exist and are able to facilitate the powerful ability of plants.

From the initial intention call, being picked up at the airport, to the welcome, the location, facilities, the people, the ceremonies, the profound and life changing experience, the support and the after care. Everything is exactly what I needed!
