Communication with your company is almost impossible. I asked for an invoice which never came then I was advised of an order I never placed. I again questioned this by e-mail and nothing no invoice no answer. This order was delivered yesterday and unless I get some answers very soon it will be coming back to you. Not happy.

I had trouble trying to return wine.. it took several calls and emails to get a return ticket. It has been a week since it was picked up so waiting for refund.
I think I will take a break from ordering now
